Somebody at RC needs to get better at returning current customer phone calls. I had to call them back after wafting 4 days and they had no clue what my original message was about. It cost me time and moneyOtherwise the place is well kept and clean. The people are friendly and helpful for the most part.

Well I have been with this storage unit over a year now and they are amazing people. They did just get bought out by another company so hopefully they keep John working there. He's a great guy. He will work with you if you need help, and will help out if he can. It's a nice secured place. Only thing I don't really like is that they lock the gates completely at 930pm and you can't get in until 7am the next morning. I wish you could, since your paying, go in and out all night if you needed to.

Love this storage facility! I've stored items in other places. None have had what R C has. On sight guy is always friendly and keeps this place so clean. When we first moved in I had expected it to be swept, but he moped it too! I never see any trash, glass, or nails laying around. Clean, friendly, secured, and affordable.
