“The gentleman who helped me was such a pleasure to work with. The first time I showed up, I accidentally walked into an "employee only" zone. Then I realized that I made a careless mistake in my print measurements. Despite this, he was so chill about everything. I was fully ready to pay the quoted $30 for my mistaken measurements, but he waived it no problem. I came back later that day to get the correctly sized item, and he greets me again, friendly as ever and big old smile on his face. The gentleman ringing me up (Brett I think, as per my receipt) was super friendly too, making small talk about my longboard ride. Just super impressed with my experience from end to end. I got what i was looking for in terms of service, and the staff's personable demeanor brightened my day.”

“It's conveniently located near my residence. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. I've been receiving my mail and packages at this store for close to 20 years. Rick on the staff there has always looked after my needs and tried to help me with any Issues I might have. He would be might go to person if I had an issue, It's a small business and the owners are primarily at their Ankeny store, so they are not usually available. Like most service oriented businesses they've gone through lots of staff, Rick has remained a constant. Having said that all the staff I have dealt with have by-and-large have done there best to try and help me in any way that they can. They offer me what I need a place to receive and send packages from and hold my mail.”

I left the packing to the Beaverdale UPS store, and the staff packed them with tremendous care and professionalism. They arrived across the country in perfect condition, so I called them to thank them!
