After a sudden and unexpected career move, we needed a way to pack and store our household items temporarily until we established our new home. PODS was available quickly, offered storage, and allowed us to quickly transfer our stuff into our "storage unit" directly from the house. After that, PODS took care of the rest. They were very flexible with our schedule, and final re-delivery was just as simple. One thing to note, it's convenient, but fairly expensive. Storage fees are easily three times the going rate of local self storage. Not bad for a short term storage, but not great for anything longer term. The quotes to re-deliver are also very variable. Initially, the quote was unaffordable which caused us to keep it in storage longer (adding expense). A few months later, it was better.Overall, not a bad experience. Convenient, responsive, flexible, but we ended up spending way more than we intended.

Can NOT recommends PODS enough! The entire process is simple and straight forward. SUPER great for those of us who don't want to rely on family/friends with trucks, don't want to drive a Uhaul and want to plan ahead & pack as you go! NO hidden charges. Super, super great service when you need a modification too!

Process was simple, delivery drivers were communicative and pleasant, and they really worked to get our pod into an advantageous position in the parking lot so we didn't have to carry furniture as far. I have used them a couple times now and the product has been consistent.

Our situation was crazy, and involved 2 households from 2 different states merging into one in a 3rd state. Did that even PHASE Pods? Not even close. Between the extra hands at load out for both beginning properties to both trucks arriving at the destination property literally within 10 MINUTES of each other (apparently, the drivers were in communication. I love it), to getting us unloaded from ***2*** trucks in a single day, I couldn't have asked for better communication, coordination, and courtesy. Highest recommendation.

This was our second time using PODS to relocate due to a change of job. Again, such an easy and affordable way to pack and move. Highly recommend using PODS.

They were there on time to deliver and pick up. The drivers were very professional. They took the time to make sure property was not damaged. As long as they deliver what they picked up, I have no complaints.

This was a great way to store household furniture while the house was being remodeled. I did like the ability to change my pickup schedule as the pod was not required for the entire month however I do wish that prices were prorated. Great customer service overall.

My experience with PODS was nothing short of terrible. I moved from South Carolina to Minnesota last December and during my moving process I reached out multiple times to see if I can move the date up for when my shipping pod would arrive. Each time I called they said they would follow up with me and never did. Once it came to the day of the move less than 3 hours before the pick up time I was informed that my package hasn’t arrived and is was delayed for a few days. Because of this I had to stay in a hotel and cancel my movers losing my deposit. When I brought this up with PODS customer service. They told me they would reach out to me within 24-48 hours about my incident. They never did. I had to call and go through the same 20 minute process 6 more times until I finally got a response denying my request because of “weather” when supposedly my shipping pod was already at the warehouse weeks in advance. Keep in mind the request was a mere 350 dollars which didn’t even cover the cost of rehiring movers. Terrible terrible experience

Friendly customer service. They make it as easy as possible to not only order their product but an equal amount of energy is put into the ongoing relationship as well. I was quite impressed with their service overall.

Sadly, our PODS were picked up today by a driver and the driver somehow managed to run into the brand-new home that we have lived in for two days (significantly damaging the awning)! The MOST extremely disappointing aspect of this entire situation is that the driver, and POD company, did not even bother to let us know that this had happened. They just left it for us to find and did not make it easy for us to report (or speak to a manager) in regard to the driver's utter lack of professionality.

The entire experience was great because of the professionalism of the employees who I interacted with. Every detail was accurate, timing was prompt, and there were no surprises. I'd recommend PODS to anyone who needs a moving or storing solution.

Pods hit my home and they have yet to repair the damage done to front porch. A gutter was also damaged. I have turned in pictures and video of damage as it happened. Their latest response was it has been turned over to team to review. How long does it take to review pictures and video?. The driver last words to me were "don't worry they will fix this. I am sorry I know you just moved here." This happened in September 3,2022. Can anybody please ask pods to take care of the damage done.

PODs has consistently missed scheduled dates and failed to communicate in any capacity whatsoever throughout our move. At best, we will not have our property until the 26th, over 2 weeks later than the original date we were quoted.
