I put my $2,000 electric bicycles out of the way
Inside the entryway
nothing better to do
Go clean
Anyone that has lived in a big city
Knows the bicycle rack has to be in front of the window

It says it's open 24hrs on Thursdays; I just drove by and it's closed SMH.... This planet fitness is by far the most God awful one in Iowa. The water fountains NEVER work, they're always doing some kind of maintenance in the bathrooms and the equipment is outdated and broken... definitely not worth the money nor time

Good set up hospitable staff hours should be 24/7 period. Some customers work third shift on weekends and are not able to make the hours set.

Love working out, the massage chairs, how easy it was to sign up.
But sadly when you need to freeze your account because unforseen circumstances, you have to go out of your way to go into a location to do so. Please make it easier to freeze or cancel on the app or by phone!

Staff never checks the 30 minute workout area. There’s always at least one person staying on the machine despite the timer going off while they’re on their phone.

They're facility is disgusting as well as their staff. James is a womanizer and their equi0ment faulty. Stood for almost half an hour waiting for their stand up tanning bed that kept turning off an on. They refused to refund my membership money then canceled my membership anyway. Very rude

I just signed up for planet fitness less than a week ago and this is the only dirty location that I have been to. Who ever is working is either not doing their job or they are lacking personnel. No toilet paper in the ADA compliant toilet as well as someone’s facial hair shavings in the sink (not necessarily the gyms fault but still lol), and soap dispenser fallen off the wall. Nice tread mills and open floor plan. Lots of semi truck parking in the back for my fellow truck drivers. Overall: not a bad location, GREAT location for TRUCKERS, it just needs a bit more attention to details. ??

I usually enjoy this gym; I’m able to go in, do what I need, and get out in a quick enough time. But this morning I arrived at 5:30am, on a Monday, and the doors were still locked when they’re supposed to be open at 5am. There’s no sign in the door communicating why it’s closed, but there’s a lot of people waiting in the parking lot with no answers.

Most recent visit staff friendly and helpful. Equipment selection is amazing! Watching TV (Fox News) with closed caption is a huge plus
