My wife and I purchased a Bearded Dragon in late December from this store (Sadly, he was sick when purchased and died 3 days later. That should have been the first red flag). When the dragon was bought, we were encouraged to purchase their "Vital Care Premier" plan for $10 a month. We signed up because it was inferred to us this was a monthly contract, so our fault on not reading more into it.
Our bearded dragon (Which we purchased elsewhere) no longer eats crickets, so we do not need the monthly program anymore. When I called into customer service phone number, they said they cannot cancel the membership until the year is up, but here is $10 in store credit. I told the associate I will not be going into the store anymore so I am wasting $10 a month for the next seven months, which she stated there is nothing they can do.
I wish it was told to us this was a year contract because we would not have signed up. Yes, we should have read the fine print but for PetCo stating they cannot cancel it is ridiculous. I will not be going to PetCo anymore. PetSmart is our new place for pet supplies.

On 5/02/2024 My husband and I went to your store and got help from a great employee whose name is Ryan. He was kind and very considerate.
I had previously called customer service since my app doesn't work properly. I was given a number to get my free bag of cat food. A very nice lady Amy(not sure if it's spelled right)helped me with that. Many thanks !

I enjoyed my visit to Petco. There was a wide variety of things to enjoy browsing, as well as some things we could get on our shopping lists we can’t find anywhere else. The employee we talked to was incredibly helpful, and when an item I needed multiple of only had one in stock, she helped me order it online to be delivered right to my house for free shipping. The prices are a bit competitive, so I only shop here when necessary for very specific items.

Here, we got my favourite leopard gecko from. She is so sweet and never bites unless you really challenge her. And still shes sweet when you do. The only worries I have the price.

The store was out of the product I wanted but I was told that it could be shipped and I would receive it before I moved out of my house on April 12 which it did not. It apparently was delivered on April 16 and I am no longer even in the state! I called my old neighbor who was going to see if the package is on the front porch but as of now I do not know if I will get the package or not. Very frustrating because all of the pet stores here are out of the same thing.
