“Have a low milage 1986 Dodge Ram Royal (D150) with A/C problem. Ace recommended what parts were needed to fix the truck. I've ordered them and will take the truck back to have them install everything. I appreciated their interest and excellent customer service. I am confident I will have a trouble free A/C system as a result.”

He's helped me keep my 2004 Toyota Highlander in good shape over the years, which made it easier to sell when the time came. He helped me get replacements on batteries I had purchased and warrantied with auto parts stores. On the whole, service is prompt and transparent.”
“I came into FastTire with a nail in my tire, and they were able to patch it for me and have me back out the door in 30 minutes. They also noticed the heat shield coming off the bottom of my car, and they secured it for me free of charge. They were kind, helpful, and quick!”

Every interaction with the crew was efficient and courteous. Pricing was upfront on anything I asked on, and nothing was pushed. Oil change, all the standard checks, and an air filter (old was one was shown to me, quite dirty) and I think I was probably there for all of 10 minutes.

“We were on our way for a family trip out of town when we discovered our tires had low pressure. The nearest gas station air pump wasn't working, and we actually made one tire lose air. We found TLC and drove over, and they got our tires filled and we were on our way. They weren't going to charge us either!”

We needed to have the oil changed and checked at 500 miles.
I checked on-line for a shop close to the 500 miles on the motor on our route,
I wanted a good quality shop I could trust to do our first oil change.
We called and set up an appointment and we were so happy when we got there.
The people in at the front desk and the technicians who took care of the oil change were GREAT to deal with.
In my opinion the best place I've had my oil changed at.
Rest assured this shop and the people are #1 to deal with!!

“Personable staff that understands the budget needs at all levels. They won't try and oversell.Robert showed me up front details of what needed done under my truck and he didn't seem rushed. I was very impressed!They stand by their work too! Had a lower ball joint boot rip that was installed 4 months ago. They will replace it on Tuesday morning.Unfortunately I hear the Euclid location is closing soon.Hopefully they will be joining one of the other many Des Moines locations.”

“Went there yesterday to get a flat tire fixed. I experienced some of the best customer service ever in a tire or repair facility! Jeff was magnificent helping me out and getting my son back on the road with his issue. Did all of the work in a very timely manner.
