Very friendly and helpful service. Bob was the person who helped me out, he was super nice, got a desk chair for me out of the back room, and helped me load it into my car. I'm happy with the quality of the chair already, very comfortable and was on sale so pretty affordable too!

The store itself seems to be fine but if you order online and it has to be delivered by their 3rd party delivery service good luck. Worst customer service ever. Staples for outpaces them on delivery of online order deliveries, never again. Capital Express is horrible.

Not store specific, but office depot.Bought a monitor which was supposed to come with a gift card. I got an email saying it would be shipped by the 23rd of december (bought it in november) and eventually i got the email that said virtual card was "shipped".Afterwards, I texted the help line but got no help--guess it is just the line at that point.Emailed with my concerns about when it would arrive, but at that point they said it was after 30 days so I couldn't claim it. How about you don't say "shipped" for a virtual item, not provide support when your line is supposed to, and then deny me the card?I've hit up customer service multiple times, they don't care and just parrot that their system says the email was sent and stop there. It was a really stark contrast dealing with other stores just how awful their customer service is. I'm sure they'll post publicly here though and say "please, your issues are important to us" only to give me an email that gives me the runaround as well in private.I'll come back here to update though in case I'm wrong. If not though, consider Office Depot still not caring.
