We just got their new CBE for the shop GR Corolla. What a rad design. From their timely shipping, to the packaging quality, to the actual details of the product. It gives our little grocery getter some spice!

So how the story begins, I sent my car in to have my engine heads resurfaced. They told me 6 to 8 week wait time. 14 weeks later they tell me they have no idea why it's taking so long and tell me they will install an already built motor for only 500 dollars more. Let me reiterate that I didn't have my vehicle the whole time. I literally babied the car since then and have had issues with it misfiring the whole time I got it installed. I had it installed in January and I took it to another shop and they said the engine is completely broken and said to just replace it. I've tried emailing and calling constantly and have not heard anything! They charged me 11000 for a sup-par engine that only worked for months. They knew i had to leave the state and didn't think I would do anything. I'm reporting to better business because I gave them the chance to at least do anything to fix their work and im not waiting months for them to reply just to say they will not do anything. Completely unprofessional and they take advantage of people. They shop i took it to now said they would put in an actual jdm engine for half the price.

I’m not one to talk down on any shop or even a business. I am a manager of an automotive shop myself. But this place I would not recommend to anyone. Long story but they lost my FA20 engine for about 5 months and I wasn’t to worried because I couldn’t afford to get the motor back at the time. The main thing is I dropped of my motor with a lot of parts on it and when I got it back I realized there is over 500$ in parts that I now have to buy that was brand new on my motor that I had dropped off. And I can’t even get an email back.From what I see the work that has been done is awesome but 5200$ for a motor that should be ready to drop it but now I need another 700 in parts. Maybe an awesome shop for service but wouldn’t recommend leaving your motor there.

I am very displeased with the shop I spent over 30,000$ to keep having a problematic car my 2017 Subaru wrx sti has had many problems after picking it up form the shop and continuously have to drive 2.5 hours each way every time there’s a problem with it I let the shop try to fix there mistake and the car still has issues like it only has 30,000 miles on it and they also give your vehicle to just anyone to pick up I’ve had tons of patience with this car I’m so over it

Thank you to the guys at OTL for the help with my R33 Skyline. I was experiencing some drivability issues and they pointed me to a some standalone engine management options and talked me through the ins and outs of the some of the things they have expedited with the older Nissans. I got my car back last week and haven’t stopped enjoying it. Great guys with lots of knowledge.

I will like to thank the whole off the line performance crew for taking care of my 2011 wrx hatchback. Parker was amazing in giving me advice on the build for my vehicle. Didn’t try to up sale me on anything I didn’t need, he was very informative about the whole process plus met the deadline to have my car ready for pick up. I traveled all the way from Missouri to have these guys work on my vehicle. I enjoyed the beautiful shop and the wonderful customer service provided I’m coming back again very soon for more of the experience with them. They have definitely earned my respect, and trust. I brought my 180SX in to get buttoned up before it hit the dyno, everyone at Off The Line was super helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable. Not to mention a super quick turnaround time. Parker, Cole, and Grayson were super helpful and were very transparent on any issues my vehicle had and gave me multiple solutions to choose from. 5/5 Would recommend

I’ve had my 2020 STi tuned there twice and just got my dad’s 2006 STi tuned there. Great staff and knowledgeable about Subarus!
