I have a normal vet I go to but they didn't offer the procedures I needed ( Ultrasound & x-ray). So I went to NW Vet and the staff is so helpful. So I scheduled an appointment to get my female dog and ultrasound to see if she was pregnant. As soon as I walked in the door and my dog came around the corner. The vet looked at her and said yes, she is pregnant. If you would like to, you can pay me the $100 and I can confirm this with an ultrasound. Or you can trust me and come back in 1 weeks will do an X-ray and I could firm how many puppies she has. Which would save me a 100 bucks over all. A Couple weeks before Christmas. I could definitely use an extra 100 bucks in my pocket. They were so nice and helpful that I am moving my dog to this veterinary clinic!

We, my husband and our 3 dogs, love Dr. Pam, Rod and the entire staff at Northwest Veterinary Hospital. Such care and compassion, which means so much from the beginning to the end of life of our beloved furry family members. I can't say enough about how grateful we are for them. We have had 4 other dogs who Dr. Pam cared for throughout their entire lives. She helped make some very hard times and decisions bearable with her kindness and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone looking for a veterinary.

Our family loves taking our two golden retrievers to Dr. Pam at Northwest Vet. Our oldest golden sometimes gets a little nervous being there, but as soon as she sees Dr. Pam she will start wagging her tail! The staff is kind and straightforward about everything. I appreciate that they love and always want what is best for our dogs!

I've been taking my pets to Northwest Veterinary Hospital for several years. Dr Pam is great, and everyone at the practice is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My dog loves going there. My cat, not so much, but I've never had a cat that liked going to the vet - lol!

I have taken many beloved family members here for a lot of years. My human children also take their kids there. The entire staff is kind, caring and responsive. The facility is clean and medically current. They have good relationships with other providers and will refer appropriately. You a could not ask for better veterinary practice

I have spent quite some time and money at this vets office with progesterone testing for my dogs. The last time I stepped foot into this vet was when I came in for an x-ray for a puppy count prior to my dog's scheduled c-section, which was pre-scheduled at another vet's office. Pam took my dog back for x-rays and told me there was a problem. I came to the back to view the x-ray where Pam pointed to the x-ray and advised there was one puppy but it was mummified and had no skull or bones. She told me that the puppy may be absorbed or would be passed. She apologized and I left, calling the other vet's office to cancel my c-section. My dog is a small, pocket American Bully and was highly recommended to carry out a c-section in order to have a safe delivery. My dog evidentially ended up going into labor and having a fully developed puppy in her kennel, which was not breathing. Despite my efforts of bringing him back to life it was too late. I called the office a few days later when they opened and they didn't offer an apology or any sympathy for the situation. I paid hundreds of dollars on progesterone tests at this clinic and trusted their knowledge with this breeding. This ended up costing me a puppy, which could have been alive today if they didn't say the puppy was mummified. My expectation would have been to AT LEAST offer a refund on the x-ray of $120 which won't fix the issue but should have been a courtesy for their wrong judgement. I'm disappointed that my closest reproductive vet in my area failed me and my breeding. All of the staff has been wonderful but this situation has really ruined it for me. I'd expect a reproductive vet to do better.

Dr. Pam is always so kind and takes the time to hear your concerns. I have a cat that tends to bite and when he goes to see Dr. Pam and her amazing vet techs he LOVES them he does not growl or bite. Very thankful we always have a positive experience.

Dr. Doubek is very quick and very sharp. She and her team were super considerate of my concern with my cat going under anesthesia for a dental cleaning and found another way to take care of the issue that was less costly and easier for kitty. She took the time to answer all my questions (which were a lot) during a freer moment. Very very grateful for Northwest Vet!

We love Dr. Pam! She's great with my cats, and when my old boy developed diabetes, she was excellent at training us in how to give him insulin.
