Nov 13 2021 9am.So I've been coming here for years,maybe its my fault.So I walk in grab 2 -5qt jugs of oil,walk up to counter,to be helped by a man that looks like slim version of rapper Fat Joe.Ask for oil filter,he selects it without even asking me what brand I want,so I ask is that Napa Gold he says yes.Ask me next time huh,..ok...I ask can I get the 99cent bag to get 20%off,he says sure.I put everything in bag he doesn't give me 20%off because oil already on sale....So why didn't he say that before he sold me bag,so basically due to guy being rude from start,acting like it was a hassle to stop what he was doing and ring me up,not looking ? out for my best interest like the others do,I left it on the counter and went to O'Reilly where I was greeted as soon as I walked through door.I won't be back to Napa for awhile.

they broke my moms power steering while doing an oil change and would not fix it blamed it on her shame on you for taking advantage of a woman alone. and not owning up to your mistakes.
