GREAT SERVICE!!! I was in Des Monies, IA for work and had to drive home to KC when I was done; however, when I tried to start my car it wouldn't start and I was stranded. First I tried to jump start it, but that didn't work. Next I started calling auto repair shops near me to see if anyone could look at my truck so I could get back on the road to go home. I had it towed to MSS and before the tow truck driver unloaded my truck they had it running and told me I needed a new starter. I wish MSS had a shop where I live because I would take my cars to them every time. They also said I didn't owe them anything, but I had to tip the guys.

These guys put my speakers in and did a great job with it. There reasonable with the price and get the job done. But man these guys lack Customer service. Im working on my trucks audio so i bought a new head unit. i bring it to them since they've done all the previous work and all the guy can say is how cheap he thinks the head unit is (its not). How he doesnt even think Is there is apple car play on it (which there was) and how he didnt think it was worth putting the money in to install it. Then Proceeds to try to sell me a different one. Ive since went somwhere else to install it and it works great. Its even better than id thought itd be.

Starting to see a pattern with this place. If you're a female take a man.They might be good putting in speakers but they don't have a clue if they fixed the mechanical issue. After being told it was fixed it left me stranded trying to return it back to the shop.The father told me for $200 cash, they'd start that day. Couple days later I called to check up on it.The son made an off handed remark how he forgot to call me but wanted half of 16 hundred before he could start on it.Obviously frustrated because 1. Don't have a car 2. They wanted half but couldn't process anything over the phone. Especially a credit card. 3. What did they need the $200 for? THAT DAY? 4. No communication between themselves and the customer.Since the dad n I made the deal he wanted to speak with him 1st making sure he didn't order the part. The son 1st wanted me to pay for the tow n for working on the part that needed to be replaced. If its being replaced why you working on it? So now its half of 19 hundred. After talking to the dad he told me its 2144. He listed off tow, oil, a module (which was paid for before it left me stranded) and labor for checking it. Labor for adding oil, labor for what ever they made up.If they didn't know how to fix it or didn't want it. They should of just said so in the 1st place. But if it makes them feel better to over charge their female customers. Then I'll make it my mission to be the last female they over charge.

I went to Mobile Super Service yesterday and they installed my radio in my van great price and faster then what was said them guys did an excellent job. I will be going back in a week or so for them to install my amps and subs I definitely recommend anyone to use their services they definitely got me as a repeat customer 4 sho appreciate y'all for the work ??????

Very poor service I have appointment to drop off my car for appointment at 9am and they even ask for money down to hold the appointment space. I drop off my car for remote start to install and go back to pick up at 4pm and no one have clue at all. Very poor service and communication between owner and employees.

They have replaced an engine, completely redone suspension on another vehicle and ln friday they are installing a remote start on another vehicle. Good guys to work with.

Constantly screwing you over on money when they see you’re a female or anyone based on other reviews I’ve read about the business, i was promised parts would be replaced as they were under warranty, now I have not Heard back from the mechanic since June. They never want to fix their mistakes that they make they’d rather just charge you some more money and say that they fixed the problem and they haven’t.
