“Been years since I've gotten a new phone. Walked into this place, was immediately greeted by James. I don't usually leave reviews but that dude was awesome to work with. Wasn't pushy did try to shove anything in my face, walked out extremely happy. Anywho, James was awesome to deal with.”
“Deshaun greeted us immediately and listened even as we got a little long winded on what we were looking for. Both my daughter and I got a new phone and he made sure we were each happy with the options we selected for our phones and accessories. Even after we made a choice and changed our minds, he was patient and explained the choices again. Deshaun was professional yet made the experience fun. I didn’t need to switch my phone along with my daughter but did because the option to speak with a human vs an automated service on an 800 # is worth a little extra a month. I will recommend his exemplary service to anyone who asks.”

“Shaddai was absolutely amazing!! He made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. It was great to work with him and to switch ourvservice to At&T with FirstNet! He was patient as we had to deal with my credit profile and the fraud alerts on them, and in return we were patient with him as things were completed with our order.

“After being treated very rudely by the T-Mobile employee across the street and being told we couldn't setup phone service. I walked across the street to U.S. Cellular to see what they could do. As soon as walking in they greeted me. Selena assisted us with phone service setup. Not one time did Selena try to find a reason to not help us like the rude T-Mobile lady. She was kind and interested in assisting with getting my clients phone setup.
Thanks to Selena's kindness and professionalism my client now has phone service.

“Target Merle Hay is a-ok. Smaller version of the "super" Target that is only 5 min away. The layout of this location is different from the rest. It's also located and attached to the mall. Grocery can be found here. This location had some items in stock that others would be fully stocked. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.”
