Membership price and the daily prices are in line with the market. The end product is mediocre. The equipment has damaged my car because the protective plastics are not always maintained the Vacuums very rarely work and if they do, the suction is almost useless.

If you have not gone to Mister Car Wash to get your car washed, I highly recommend you try it! The process is seamless and smooth, and because of my monthly membership (which more than pays for itself), I can get my car washed at any of the many locations around the Metro Des Moines area! Do yourself a favor and check them out today.

Probably would have just..let it go except the cost was $26.00. We are traveling..from out of State. Lots of bugs on the windshield and bumper. Entered the wash...the attendant, female I recall...did not do a...pre-spray...just guided us in and that's it. Upon exiting...blow dryers working, we could see a lots of bugs still stuck on the windshield. Stopped outside the exit area and looked at the front bumper...full of bugs also. Going to do a rewash except the line of cars was growing and we had an appointment to keep. So,.called this location, left a detailed description of what the issue was and phone number requesting a re-wash. Thus far, no one has contacted us...2.days now.

I was paying a membership since they opened it, but lately I had some many issues trying to go through the member line, and I complained about it, so the workers accused me of harassing instead of opening the door for me. Sometimes your in a hurry and member lines doesn’t go through right away, & you have to wait for someone to let you in. They have to pull your accounts and they take for ever after many attempts whipping the bar code from your window, that is annoying. I don’t see why paying a membership for something that doesn’t give you a quality of service, and plus they don’t value costumers. I’m glad they lost my business.

Paid $26 today for a titanium car wash that never touched the back of my truck, not in the slightest. It also done a piss poor job on the rest of it too. Never again!
