They charge $25 for their highest level of car wash... Oasis Car Wash's highest level wash is on par, if not better, and its only $18 AND you get tire shine, unlike at this place. Their vacuums hardly work and the vacuum stalls/parking spots are small and very dimly lit when the sun goes down. This place is inferior to the competition.

I've seen reviews here where people have given feedback about the vaccumes not working and I went in today assuming you fixed it by now but you didn't. I have to drive to other locations to find vaccumes with good suction to clean my car because your vaccumes are so weak they barely pick up anything. Why are the other locations equipped with powerful vaccumes and you have the worst in town?

Guy out front when you pay was SUPER nice. Free vacuuming was nice too. Would and probably will come back again

I go to a lot of mister car washes around the area. Also used to love this car wash location on north merle hay as soaks. Just used vacuums here and have barely any suction compared to every other mister car wash around town. Maybe someone can check into this?

Don’t wash your vehicle with this company their track malfunctioned causing my truck to keep rear ending the truck in front of me at first glance looked like just the license plate was damaged went home took off the plate and bumper was all dented in went in the next day to inform the manager she told me that she noted it one month later no word from the company so stoped in today and the same manager told they don’t cover license plates I said you don’t remember me coming in the next day to show the hidden damage she played stupid place is a joke

Not one to complain but I pulled up to vacuum my car out. First time, I got out the suctions wasn’t work. Couldn’t even vacuum my car out. So pulled out and parked in another spot. The suction wasn’t working. Two employees just looked at me, didn’t offer to help and see how distracting it was. I saw the vacuum hose was on the ground. Tried to put the up several times and they wouldn’t stick cause of the suction. Too bad you have employees that don’t about the equipment to take care of it and eventually it will come out of customers pockets. Definitely was frustrated!
