The staff's knowledge and helpfulness are second to none, with service described as going above and beyond. They provide good prices, resolve doubts professionally, and are always able to help customers find items, creating a good atmosphere. Many have been going there for decades, choosing it over big box stores for its great experience and successful assistance.
I will choose Miller’s over the big box store, even if it means I have to go out of my way to get there. Service and knowledge is second to none and it’s locally owned.

I needed one screw for a rug shampoo machine that I lost cleaning it, after using it. Jeff assisted me & was very helpful and was very helpful &i successful quickly for only .16. They have always been able to help me. Great ?♂️ service!
