The delivery drivers Douglas and Rexx get 5 stars. They got the new mattress up the stairs and removed the old mattress. Our sales person Ray was also fantastic. We were not happy with our purchase 12 months ago and had been in to the store a few times as we considered an upgrade. The upgrade was ordered and delivered within a week.The mattresses on display have all been swapped out to new ones. We were thinking our new purchase would be more like the display mattress..

I called one evening, I needed a split queen mattress the next morning. They had two in stock at their warehouse. I paid over the phone. Everything was simple. Sent my man to pick it up. He was mentally prepared for disaster, and he called me to tell me it went smooth. He wished every business worked so smooth. We were both very impressed! Thank you guys very much!?

We went to the big box store first. Had a bit of sticker shock on adjustable beds. Decided to see what Midwest Matress had. We found something we really liked. When we asked about the price, we double checked it included everything we wanted. We were very happy with the price and ended up buying a new bed. They were able to deliver it the next day. We received a call when they were in their way. Rexx and Alex were fantastic. They took out the old set and got the new adjustable frames and mattresses all set up. As they did that, Rexx made sure to let us know about anything we'd need to know if/when we need to move them, raise/lower the legs, etc. He had some tips and tricks to share and showed us how the remotes work. They cleaned up all of the packing material. Not sure how long they were here but it wasn't long. They had a system to get it all set up quickly. Would definitely recommend buying from here.

Super nice delivery guys. Assembled my bed promptly, took my old bed away, in and out in less than 15 minutes. Most importantly, they were friendly to my dog. And we all know that's essential.
