T mobile salesman snuck a charger in my purchase without letting me know. Got back home to check receipt there was a $20 charger that I did not ask to buy. Is this how you guys run business?

I was here today, I switched my unlocked ph from Apple Store and bring it to back for activates the employees said this is lock ph and go back to see wherever I bought this ph, I listen what he said and went back to Apple Store then came back to Metro, he did the same thing, I told him this is Unlock ph I just came back from Apple Store he didn’t believe me and asked me if activation’s was not working there’s no refunds for the money and I said I agree you try it first, so he call helpline and the ladies he call her name was Jessy or whatever, she yelled me and said we don’t want to here your nonsense word after activation was failed and I’m shocked that because I haven’t argued or haven’t said anything, I couldn’ understand why this company treated their customer like that it was horrible, unqualified employees and really bad customer service accepted the representative Jessy or whatever ????I’m done this place ????????

Guy that was working tonight didn’t want to port my phone number over to a new phone. Says it was too late to do when he was just sitting on the chair on his phone. I feel like that’s a waste of company time. He just didn’t want to do anything.

I went in today a Saturday at around 1pmThe girl working says " it'll be 45 minutes because im by myself....you can wait or whatever." very rude unprofessional and should NOT be in retail this is how to lose customers you should get her out of there!This branch is the worst in the city and this lady is making sure it stays that way.

Went into the store it stunk like blunt smoke and the employees screwed our phones up...never had service and now adam says they can't refund...please steer clear of this place they definitely failed us!

If I could give them negative stars I would! First off the store smelled like they had been smoking weed. There were 3 workers and 2 were new. We ported our phone numbers from Verizon. They screwed up the activation and ended up calling their help desk twice. When they finally got the sims lined up with the right phone number I noticed the internet wasn't working. They said to give it 30 minutes, it's been over 3 hours and still no internet! We were in the store for almost ahour and half! I called their customer service which is definitely overseas and got hung up on not once but 3 times. Switching back to Verizon. The savings is not worth the agitation and headache!

The gentleman working here is by far one of the best employe I have ever dealt with...he was very helpful..didn't try to screw us around and sell us a fone we didn't want like some Metro stores do...we told him want we was looking for and our budget...and he sold us a fone that we wanted ..I highly recommend this store if your looking for a great deal..his name is Andrew...deal with him..I promise you wont be disappointed!!!?✌

I'd gone in to ask about the cost to replace the screen on my Alcatel phone I'd purchased last May. They don't repair/replace the screen. And, they don't sell Alcatel phones anymore. I could upgrade to a new phone though.? Anyway, the sales reps tried but they can't change the company policy! I was told that the Alcatel phones were now great and they'd had no report of problems. The Alcatel phone started malfunctioning after about 90 days! Had a horrible experience with getting a replacement! It's malfunctioning now again, can't get another replacement! Thinking about going to Verizon, this was my 2nd Alcatel phone, They are unreliable and I don't recommend it!
