Very rude. Trying to talk me out of me buying an home Internet & wanted to give me more Hot Spot. I wanted an home Internet not more Hot Spot. So I left & went to the Store on Hubbell. And I got no argument or arguing or talk me out getting an Home Internet. I got it less then 10mins

Mariana and district manager Jessica was awesome hook me up with smart pay and awesome accessories deal. Went and transfer out accessories from another store to custom a bundle for my wife and I. Definitely looks out for her customers and makes us feel special. Definitely will keep coming to this ownership. Jessica knows how to treat her employees and customers. Kudos ? to her.

Argumentative, I wanted to upgrade my phone because I don't like this one. And apparently I need to deal with a phone that won't charge and it over heats. How listening, you could hear my frustration, not about making you feel better. For christ sake.
