I APOLOGIZE DUE TO THIS EXCRUCIATING PAIN AND HOW IT AFFECTS MY THINKING THIS MY NOT BE THE CORRECT LOCATION UNLESS IT'S WHERE I WENT THE FIRST TIME SINCE THERE WERE NOT ANY METRO PCS STORES WHEN I CAME TO DES MOINES WITH MY METRO PCS CELLPHONE THAT I BOUGHT THE VERY FIRST TIME IN SANDUSKY, OHIO AND THE YOUNG LADY WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT COULD EVER BE POSSIBLE..IF THIS IS THE FIRST STORE I WENT TO IN DES MOINES THEN CONSTRUCTION WAS GOING ON WHILE I WAS TRYING TO DO MY FIRST BUSINESS WITH METRO PCS AND I STILL HAD A CELLPHONE WITH NO HELP WITH HIM SAYING SOMETHING AS I AM LEAVING ABOUT WIFI WHICH I HAVE NEVER HAD. I was in excruciating pain and I needed help deciding whether to change to the Metro PCS cellphone I bought from someone like I did the time before buying this one from him to use this one or upgrade to a new one plus I am disabled and I am a dinosaur in technology and electronics and now I have this cellphone and 4 dead cellphones with All my important contacts, medical information and much more scattered between all of these because instead of finishing helping me they waited on at least 50 customers paying their phone bill. I have never been late paying my cellphone bill and I explained I have two options regarding methods of payment so now instead of being able to pay the amount I am supposed to be able to pay it makes me pay $5.00 more than I am supposed to pay and it won't let me change this and one method of payment will not do an auto pay. I have to do it like I have for several years and I usually pay in advance by the 3rd or 4th of each month but I haven't been able to do this for July 2024 yet.
The stress and aggravation is uncalled for having 5 cellphones when if they did what they should have I would have this information I need in this cellphone.
I tried to get help finding a new plug and fast charging C chord while struggling to stand and walk and both of them began playing on their cellphones and ignored me so I set one on the sales counter and said call me if this is the one that will work with this cellphone. I'm using a plug and fast charging C chord from another expensive used cellphone I needed help with too.
Thanks for the current versions of customer service.

Worst experience ever waited in line for over an hour while the cashier helped her friends and completely ignored me not caring one bit about any other customer then commented to another customer there are other stores we can go to if we don’t like it worst store and even worse company

Curtis was amazing at solving my problem with my new phone. He spent alot of time tracking down the issue while also accepting payments and selling new phones, all the while providing excellent service to all 3 customers at once.

Called to ask a simple question the "store manager" got on the phone and starting yelling stating I have to come into the store. After they both gave me contradicting information: After repeating the answer she gave me, ( so she can hear how dumb it sounds) - the manager they " escalated raising her Voice again, " O MY GOD!" I stop the conversation, let them know - both reps are stating different information. if I could give no star, I would.

Came back in October with my father district manager was very friendly and there was some confusion with my account and had lost my number, I return to location and she was amazing and was able help me get my number back and assisting me to get acp as needed more information. This definitely will be my go to. Jessica is amazing.

Best metro store. Workers are on top of everything.... Now what you need and how to fix problems.... In and out less than 10 minutes. What would have been at least an hour... And no frustration... Thanks you guys.
