I wish I could post 0 stars. Ever since Dr. Giddings retired, This place has gone to hell!They don't care about their patients. They are rude and do not want to help you. Carol, the receptionist, is a horrible person and should be fired. She does not do her job well and is on a power trip. I'm appalled at my experience with her.Patients have the right to see the doctor of their choice, and i was prevented in doing so. I requested to wait for an appointment and was denied because Carol did not want to assist me, apparently i interrupted lunch!I asked to speak with someone else, and she said no.she said she would not let me see Dr. jasmine Sabic at all but "request a referral for me instead. "how disgusting you treat your patients.I've been a patient there literally all my life and have never been treated so poorly.

Although my Doctor was professional and understanding my nurse (Jackie) however wasn’t. She was very rude/Impatient to my mentally disabled client.. As I know it can be frustrating to not know all the information about a client we as healthcare providers/ caretakers have to be professional. As I only probably took 6 to 10 minutes away from her day she acted so unprofessional and nasty. please do better and remember we are all human! Be kind! Be patient! Be understanding!

Great clinic. However they use Phreesia for handling patient information which is a MAJOR privacy violation. This isn't something that patients should have to tolerate to receive care.

My doctor here is great. Very kind and understanding the reception people are jerks. When you try to ask questions they’re condescending and treat you like you’re dumb.

Was told by my Mercy endocrinologist that I could get my A1 C done at any mercy clinic called to see if I could get it done at their clinic they acted as though they were annoyed just to speak to me and look up my information then told do outside blood draws even though it's the same network I wish my endocrinologist was through unity point because I've never had a problem going to any of their clinics to get a blood draw done I have a great endocrinologist and don't want to switch

Very caring and professional. Dr. Callahan has been the best provider I've had in my 72 years. Listens to me and generally cares about my well being. His nurse is awesome also. Office staff always has a smile on their faces. Would recommend to anyone.

Just had a routine physical after 4 years, and I will give Dr. Gupta an A+!! I'm in great shape for a 54 year old. He is the BEST physician in Polk County. Would highly recommend.

I never got to have my appointment. After taking off work and arriving, they told me they rescheduled my appointment for a week later. That was the first time I was informed. They could not fit me even though they admitted fault. Mercy will no longer be my medical provider.

I have used this group for over 20 years and love they are conveniently located in my neighborhood. When I had heard they were moving, I was a little nervous they wouldn't be as close, but they didn't move far and are walkable from my home. The staff are friendly and they have hours that can fit most schedules (open before 8 and close some days at 6). The new facility is really nice and bright. They have equipment to do testing on site, including x-rays. If something comes up they aren't 100% sure about, they don't hesitate to refer on to a specialist.

Updated review.I am changing from 1-3 stars. I contacted the Office Manager and she spoke of changes that will be made. Then, my doctor called and we also talked. I am pretty confident things will change but until I have seen otherwise, I'm keeping it at 3 stars. There should not have been any concerns about health and safety of patients and staff in a doctor's office.I am so disappointed in the COVID safety and precautions protocols taken at this clinic. My husband and I went for flu shots.1. There was no seating arrangement or traffic flow pattern where you were at a minimum of 6 feet distance - well or ill.2. Patients came in without masks. Masks were not provided to those without.3. Check in staff removed masks frequently and observed leaning over the counter (without mask covering nose and mouth) when talking to patients and into the phone.4. Only one container of hand sanitizer was located in the lobby.5. A patient who was CLEARLY ill was waiting in the waiting room instead of being escorted to a room right away.6. No wipes were available to sanitize door handles, automatic door openers, chair arms, etc,7. Non-ill patients were not separated from ill.8. There was a long wait time (20 minutes) to receive a flu shot with a nurse.Suggestions:A. Many of these issues could be resolved quickly is there was a separate entry/waiting room for ill and non-ill patients. Also, mark seating where patients are sure to be distanced.B. Provide a separate waiting room and entry for those who refuse to wear masks - also dedicated staff to see those patients for the day.C. All staff must wear PPE all the time. If a breather is needed, step outside.D. Place hand sanitizer throughout waiting roomE. Dedicated staff to wiping surfaces, counters, pens, clipboards, etc. between uses. Or provide them for patients to wipe down areas themselves before touching/seating themselves.This clinic has lost a patient which is too bad because we have been seeing Dr. Gupta for years. I would be surprised if he knew safety protocols were not being implemented fully to keep patients and staff safe. I do not think he would stand for it.

Just moved to this area so needed to start using a new healthcare clinic. This was my first time to visit the new location. It is a very nice place. Right off the main road. They don't have their signage on the main road yet and from the road you can't see the clinic. It is contained in a place where there is residential living above the clinic so at first was hard to find. I have had good experiences at the prior location and the new location. There are so many places to choose to get your healthcare services. I am glad that I have found this place.

There's a Dr. Sabic here taking new patients. My advice is ur better off googling ur symptoms and worrying ur going to die then see this doctor. Ladies and gentlemen! We have a studies show doctor here. So that means u are a black and white piece of paper to her and if u weren't apart of the study then well she's basing u off other people. That's what she told me "well studies show". Nothing makes me more upset then to hear that. She doesn't have patients for a reason. Move around people u can do better. Find someone who sees u as the individual you are. Hope this helps hope she sees this and never says that to anyone again.
