If you own a AMG, G wagon, or Maybach, stay away from this place for any kind of service work. The technicians that works at this place is full of community college kind skill levels. I own a GLE63S and C63S, both had every services done here but from now on, I will not again. Back in 2021, the leather on the dashboard on my GLE63S was lifted and their service manager declined warranty work so I had to pay 5k for a brand new leather dashboard plus labor to put a new one on. Later on, the dashboard made squeaky sound while driving. After numerous visits, they finally took a look at it and turned out to be the technician forgot to tighten down the airbag bracket under the dashboard. Besides this, a full brake job costs 4k at this place and they left a caliper hanger hanging on my driver side strut. It took me to find out after a car wash and then they simply just took it away without apologies. Imagine if this happens on a sedan or coupe and driving on the highway?! In 2022, they dropped in a new set of rear door glasses on my GLE and left with one of my rear door with no door latch. After I went back home and grabbed the rear door, I found out that my rear passenger side door no longer had door latch so I had to drive back to them the next morning with my friend manually dragging the door while I am driving (because the door was unable to latch!) . How about I purchased a new front and rear bumper from them, in 2023? They painted and installed them but in the end, what I got was off-centered headlights, large gaps everywhere, scratched new paint from installing the grilles, and one side bumper was not fitted correctly. Guess what, they just responded me with "it is the way it is" and this was 13k dollars job. How about a recent one, from yesterday? They put on a new set of windshield moldings on my GLE63S and eventually they dented both my A pillars with many dents. Now I have a "structural damaged" car after they done the services. They admitted their fault but do not know what to do about it. 400 bucks for an oil change and 800 bucks for a spark plug change along with 180 dollars per hour labor fee because of they are Mercedes dealer? Yea right so stay away from this place and go to Omaha or Minneapolis for real Mercedes level work. Oh, I am not even mentioning the hidden fee, add-on fee (weather package, lojack and Perma plate shit) and high documentation fee when buying from them. lol

My car is still pending at Mercedes since October 2022. They say it is the ABS Electronic Panel and they need a code readout to diagnose the problem, whether fact or fiction, when it comes to custom electronics, only a few seemed capable of working on these trend setting vehicles. There is also a problem with the motorized roof top. Makes you wonder about the old Latin maxim "caveat emptor-- buyer beware." Nonetheless, I am still waiting to hear from customer service (VP) HQ's Atlanta on issues that should have been covered by warranty recall dealing with ABS System, and recently put down $3,000 to start the ABS work on something I have not seen and the next big payment will be my electronic roof top which they say has some motorized cylinder problem. I've spent thousands, and feel that I am at the mercy of my trendsetting vehicle and those who have the skills to be fair and honest! I know each state have dealers that buy the franchise name -- but it's the brand the consumer relies on and their principles. I've heard from the local Mercedes Franchise that they are going to figure it out--but not Atlanta Headquarters Consumer Service--based on the priority letter sent to Atlanta customer service-- "where good faith service all begins."

They were prompt and went above and beyond getting my car back to me. Said it would a few weeks for a safety recall and had it in a matter of hours.

Update: we have an appointment this week for them to fix the rotors. Will post an update here when it's done.We were looking to purchase a 2018 Toyota Highlander. During test drive I mentioned there was a grinding noise. Our sales rep Christian firestein said that it was normal with cars that haven't been driven in a while. I wanted to get it looked at, and he said "if anything comes up you are covered by our warranty for 60 days". So I went ahead and made the purchase. 20 days later we were able to finally get in at Toyota and they mentioned the rear rotors were grooved from rust. They recommended grinding down the rotors and replacing the break pads on the rear. As it would damage the break pads.I reached out to Ryan Winroth at Mercedes Benz of Des Moines and they refused to cover it, saying I didn't sign anything specific and it was sold "as-is". Yet they never disclosed any issues with the car, even stating their mechanics looked it over. I wish I had taken more time and refused to purchase the car without a full inspection.I feel cheated and the dealership was dishonest with me. I probably should have known better and stuck with the assumption that all dealerships are slimy unless proven otherwise. I would not recommend purchasing a car here or any lithia dealership.

This is by far the best dealership you are going to find and I say that having bought over 80 cars meaning I have made continuous car deals/buys year after year after year since being a teenager so I am well aware of different dealerships and their practices. I have had some really great experiences and some awful ones but my experiences here are just constantly 5 stars and that is why I have kept my business here so long. I have also sold several cars to this dealership who always gives me the most competitive offers, always beating out other offers that I receive. The process here is so seamless and everyone in the dealership is beyond professional and extremely personable. My sales person is Brent Caswell. I have no bought 4 cars from him in only a few years. I have bought more from him than any sales person I have dealt with for good reason! He is so quick to respond to me, EVEN ON SUNDAYS or his days off. We always have great conversations beyond just business and he always gives his own opinions when I ask that are always helpful. Essentially, he does whatever I need whenever I need it regardless of what he is doing. He has shown to ACTUALLY CARE about me and my wife and not just about another sale. The stigma that car sales people can often get definitely does not apply to him. Also, the process there is seamless. This last deal was done by docusign and then my contract is not only on my APP but also on a stick to insert into my computer to easily download. I came to the dealership recently to sell my wife's leased car back because of the high values of cars. Brent was out of the office that day but I was helped by Kristian Ramirez. Often times when another associate helps out another employee, they don't give their best because its not their actual client. Kristian was the opposite. He was amazing as well, answering so many questions and helping to ensure I was able to secure a new Mercedes that at this time, is beyond difficult to get. Kristian is also HIGHLY recommended... I was able to get a FULLY DECKED OUT Mercedes E 450 4 Matic... Truly a dream car and not only that, I was told it could take 1-2 months yet I have it in less than a week! NOW THAT is what I mean about how great this dealership is! The manager must be extremely pleased to have such a great staff and it reflects on him in such a great way that the people here are so on top of things! I will continue to do all of my business here and I would strongly recommend them to everyone!

There was a warning on my car. I went there without an appointment. The gentleman was super helpful & professional. He took care of the issue right away. I've recently moved to this location & happy to see such a great customer service.

Worst experience ever! My car was gone for coming on TWO months to be "fixed"- I got it back and 2 of the 3 issues I wanted fixed aren't fixed. Mind you they tried delivering it back to me a month in only to discover as they hit the road the service engine light came on so they had to turn around to figure out what that issue was. No one contacted me, minus our sales person who proceeded to tell me "everyone is treating your situation like a hot potato- no one wants to deal with it, the solution is just fix it"... weird cause it's still not fixed. (I said I wanted to return it as this isn't what I signed up for and I was told that's above my pay grade you'll need to speak to the higher up- no one returned my call.)So I call to tell them this- guess what, no one is answering my calls or returning them. He keeps telling me I should have piece of mind knowing the warranty is covering it. But if I wouldn't of bought the warranty then what? Apparently Mercedes Benz is in the habit of selling lemon cars and making money off of getting customers to buy the warranty to cover their shady sales. How is Mercedes Benz proud of this service? I guess I am a woman and I didn't buy a new 50k+ car, so it makes sense to not care about it and treat me so horribly. I hope you're proud!
