This pharmacy has done nothing but continue a downward spiral ever since Katie left. We have lived in the neighborhood and been loyal customers for over 14 years. This new young male pharmacist couldn't operate a successful, busy business if his life depended on it. As short as a long story can be, I went to pick up Rx an hour after the doctor had sent it over, the girl at register said they just got it and would be 10 mins, ok no problem and I saw a car pull up behind me so I said I would pull around so they could help the next car, pull around and they help next car and I pull up again and wait an additional 10mins at this point, all the while watching the crew of 6 ppl behind the counter filling at least a total of 20 pill bottles for absolutely no one that is in the store waiting instead of filling my Rx while I wait on the property, the pharmacist came over and asked my name, so obviously clueless to the fact I have been waiting for them to fill my Rx, and then he asked me to pull around again because other cars were waiting, I informed him the girl told me 10mins 15mins ago, he just said they're still working on it, at this point has been 2 hours since the doctor sent the Rx and they're still working on it?!?! Maybe try helping customers actually on your property waiting for service rather than filling Rx for ppl that aren't even onsite waiting!!! And all you chit chatting and messing around just makes customers waiting think you're even more clueless and careless towards your customers than the rest of the obvious BS!

This location is without a doubt the most professional, prompt, and polite pharmacy I've ever been to. I've dealt with what seems like every employee, and they are fast. Most of all depending on what class medication they never show any sort of judgment which is a stigma with most pharmacy's. Completely professional.

Before I transferred my prescriptions here, tired of long lines and feeling like a number at the big box stores, I sent a message to this location. I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t have to educate my healthcare team about LGBTQ+ health issues and medications. I received a voicemail the next day from the pharmacist assuaging my concerns. Since then, I’ve had further conversations with Nevan, who explained he fully supports and is educated about the LGBTQ+ community. The service is very personal here. Just after going here for one month, the team recognized me and I never have waited more than a minute or two to pick up my prescriptions. Five stars are well-deserved.

We will now get our rxs here from now on after we had the most amazing experience at this Medicap. Despite it being a Friday with 15 minutes left til close, the employees stayed late to work to get our script filled for my daughter that was sick. Service like this is hard to find, but very appreciated!

I have gone to two different medicaps now. Both are a similar experience! Great service! They work with you as an equal, no matter race, gender, or class! Small Town or city, the customer service at medicap is commendable! They make you feel like they care and WANT to help YOU!

Just moved over near that side of town so I switched pharmacies. I have to say this is the best medicap i've been too! Super professional and they remembered my face the 3rd time I went! Haha, makes you feel special :). Super quick and communication is a 10

I switched from a very large pharmacy to this pharmacy about 7 years ago and I haven't looked back! When I called, the pharmacist handled everything and I didn't even have to tell my previous pharmacy I was leaving they handled everything for my entire family! Since then we have received nothing but the best advice and care. When I walk in, I am greeted by name and am not treated like a number. I feel like I am visiting family! Anytime I call with a question the staff are always very knowledgeable and quick to answer. We are always in and out when we come to pick up prescriptions as well. It has never been more than a 10 minute wait when I walk in with a paper prescription! THIS IS, BY FAR, THE BEST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Make the switch now! You won't regret it!

We go there to buy our prescription meds. The only problem is the customers will use the drive thru service to order and wait for their prescriptions to be filled instead of ordering online first. Or calling in the order. The staff is excellent.
