I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They exclude kids and claim to be trained on children within the spectrum. I complete lie, they did not know how to handle outbursts (common with children on the spectrum and they treated my nephew terribly. I understand biting can happen but there were multiple bites within a week. It's obviou the children are left unattended. I have never seen him act out as he did while attending this terrible place.

Picked up both my boys. Both had been crying. I heard my 2yo screaming from all the way. My husband ran to check on him and he was crying and they did nothing to comfort him . Both of my boys had snotty noses. My 2yo always comes home very thirsty and hungry . THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM THERE DAYCARE . WILL BE SWITCHING EFFECTIVELY.

My grandchild goes here and they are just the nicest and caring people. They always respond quickly and take care of her in a structured way. I would recommend anyone that has small children or school age to send them to little sprouts.

Very unprofessional! We loved the infant room and a few teachers in his 1 year old room, but if those teachers weren't there, it was complete chaos. My child was hurt on several occasions without notice as to what happened, the cameras inside very rarely worked in order to go back and check on what may have happened, reports were never officially posted when a child would have HFM, strep, or anything serious like that. My son came home very hungry and thirsty if certain teachers weren't there to make sure he got what he needed. Not impressed at all! The owner would say what I wanted to hear in order to shut me up but nothing would be done about our situations.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Started taking my daughter her when she turned 2, and she stayed at home with me prior to that. And she is excelling so fast! Loving all the new friends she is making, and learning so much! She has started to talk a whole lot more. And she now loves to stick to her routine everyday! Love the added security with the badges to get in the doors, with security cameras coming soon! My daughter absolutely loves this place. And mommy doesn’t mind the price either :)

We love Little Sprouts so much! Our son went there and now our daughter will as well. Great staff and Miss Shannon is so wonderful. We're lucky to have this great facility on the south side near our home.

My daughter has been going to little Sprouts since she was 6-7 months old before she started I tryed 2 in homes and hated it ! I was referred to little sprouts by multiple Facebook friends and I called and was put on a waiting list for about a month and a half. It was defiantly worth the wait ! I love Little Sprouts and so does my daughter all the ladies in her daycare room are very nice always inform me if anything seems wrong and as a first time mom give me great advice when I ask. Her daily report is always filed out. Shannon is very sweet as well you may not see her but shes always there when you need her ! She knows my daughter not just by her face but by name and with a daycare with so many kids that's a huge plus for me. I refuse to take my daughter out of Little Sprouts I plan on keeping her there as long as possible :) I am so greatful to have found little sprouts

This is the most unorganized daycare I have EVER been to. First off when I showed up Monday Jan 11th to do all of my paperwork for my son to start that Wednesday, the head lady Shannon had NO idea who I was, had no paperwork set out, she was not on time to the appointment I had scheduled. She told me to drop of my paperwork after work. When I did NO ONE was in the office to assist me. I left the paperwork and was told I would get a call Tuesday to verify Wed is the starting day. I called Tuesday morning Shannon was NOT in the office. I was told she would call me back later that day. I did NOT receive a call so I call at 4:30 and was told to just bring him in. My son started this daycare on Wednesday and they said he had some behavior issues but were willing to work with him. Mind you he is in Special Ed Preschool for behavior which I informed the lady of this. Thursday he stayed home. Friday he was at the daycare for maybe 3 hours before they called my boyfriend, NOT the mom, and said he needed picked up and could no longer be there. They said he left the building twice..first off why isnt the building secured for kids safety!!! What a crappy daycare to say they are willing to work with a child and not even give him a chance. And to think the School was the one who referred me to this pathetic excuse for a daycare! I would NEVER recommend any child to go to this place.

The staff is nice, although I would like to have seen more professionalism with some who work there. This is my daughters fathers choice, as I had no choice but it could be worse. I will leave it at that. But there is the main woman there who runs things and she is a sweetheart.
