We came very hungry, we wanted to buy a couple of pizzas, but the girl who worked in the kitchen on June 24, 2024y. did not want to do anything for us, disgusting service staff, they lie that they do not want to work, do not stop here if you are hungry, it is better to go to McDonald's

This was such a nice store. It was my first time in one of their stores. We got a couple of sodas and the staff was so nice. They got me set up with a rewards card. This is definitely a great place to stop.

Nadine was extremely rude. I asked for a receipt maybe 2 minutes after my transaction and she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. She rolled her eyes at me and said “yeah, I guess I can.” Only took her a few seconds to do the task so I’m not sure what the attitude and fit throwing was for. I do not recommend this place if you’re doing anything other than charging your Tesla.

Deli staff was very friendly, even carried my bowls (which were delicious) to the register because I had my hands full. Definitely will have the falafel bowl again, very yummy. Appreciated the compostable cutlery. Subtracting a star for the bathroom which was not clean.

Clean bathroom WITH paper towels, Which seems to be optional more and more.They also have THE BEST SUGAR COOKIES AROUND!!I call them crack!!

They only offer about 1/10th the selection of hot food they used to. All in the name of "healthy options". Now you have the choice between about 4 sandwiches, all of them the size of a white castle slider, and none of them impressive or customizable. Usually the best price on fuel, and they put the additives in the winter so it won't gel. I just buy fuel here now.

#80/2022 Kum & Go. The little Des Moines area based regional gas station C store originally founded in the '60s. Very similar to their competition Ankeny Iowa based Casey's general stores. They originally started as just small C stores with gas stations perhaps a small diesel pump for pickups and farm agriculture equipment. Sometime in the late 90s around the turn of the century they started to open up more travel center like places all those small they offered kitchen items prepared daily like pizzas and many of the other things like Casey's. Around the 2010s they really became more bigger travel center geared towards truck drivers opening new stores with truck parking and what seemed like a contract with Subway located in many of them. Fast forward a few more years they decided to remove some of the subways and go to their own full open air kitchens just like a Casey's and a quick trip and most of your kind of places now with the little order board that you put in what you want and it's prepared for you. They're now located in 11 states opening up in Idaho just recently. When you come into the Midwest and the upper Midwest and you see the Kum and go logos also in Missouri, their growth has been very good they're quality is very good too just like Casey's they're pretty much all the same for the most part depending on the management staff and who runs it. Well Casey says certain things I enjoy the new open air kitchens have things I enjoy too such as their ciabatta style sandwiches they call them stackers I particularly like the pork barbecue. When I came in today though like all the common goes there's been a shortage on their chicken they can't seem to get it so no chicken items are available at all Jamaican j*** Snackers, or a few other things. However I did come in and have two of the pork stackers of barbecue sauce only, had a bottle of Pepsi and a cup of grapes, and had some zingers too cuz I was still hungry before I got a cawfee for the road. Bathrooms were very very clean the kitchen looked really nice the employees were very cordial. This is almost newer store about 7 or 8 years old one of their newer concepts it is more of a travel center which has the outdoor dining patio inside dining and a whole lot more. Lot of fresh selections sandwiches and everything else. Just a decent one like most of the ones are and they're further ones they keep opening and expanding keep up the good work. It's the new way nowadays between sheetz and Wawa on the East Coast, QuikTrip in the Midwest and Southeast, the KwikTrip Kwik Star with the K out of Wisconsin, some of the speedway Holiday gas stations. Basically we call them the open air kitchen with stuff made to order. This one here though come and go I noticed under travel centers they have some more sort of interesting things that you don't quite find at normalcy stores there's a lot of their merch too sure it's hats gloves etc with their logo. One thing of note though there are some older pictures in this Yelp review from other yelpers there is no more local beer on tap or growlers that come and go they got rid of that quite a few years ago. Most future reviews won't be this long Kum&Go because they're just like a Casey's they're all set up the same classic cookie cutter design. I think this is my first come and go review so it's a little longer.

Lots of food and drink items to choose from! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was the restroom. Toilet paper all over the place, otherwise clean!
