Not sure if Maverick has already taken over or what the issue is, but this location has went completely downhill. Ice machines regularly broken,. Last week I stopped to get a fountain soda and 6 of them were empty! Then NONE of the slush machines were frozen! The only good thing about this location is the friendly staff and even that is not going to keep people coming back here.

Lazy people working here. We spend 30.000 in diesel fuel every year at this place and they never have the recepts in gas machines. Will be using other places. Time is money and when you have to go in every time on the 3 pumps we ise to get fuel receipts that is time waiting in lines.

Walked in to first use the restroom. Disgusting!! No one has cleaned that bathroom for weeks. Then I go to get a drink and a snack all four employees on their phones, leaning on the counter or hiding back behind the wall instead of helping me. No clue what the manager is doing there on training. Then the district manager I don’t think they ever come here. New ownership has a lot of work

Worst kum n go for food. Not sure why the ppl making burritos are conserving on ingedients, but the burrito had very little meat and was half the size it normally is. The "kitchen" really sucks. Not going back to this location again.

I have to say I was very disappointed with the burritos. I got two different kinds and with both all meat on one half and the rest all rice and vegetables. But friendly staff and clean store only reason they get three stars

Food manager Samantha is really rude and she doesn't wear gloves when preparing food. She stuck her in my sauce cup and then put sauce in it. They have no caps for their sauce cups. She also won't let add extra queso to the burrito because they say they can't keep track but will let you put in a small cup. How does that make sense? You are still giving me queso. Some food staff let you customize your burritos and others don't. Doesn't make any sense because I've never had a problem with this at any other Kum and Go. What sucke is that this Kum and Go is so hard to avoid because it is right next to my job but I'm going to try my hardest to do so. They definitely need to do better!!!

While I normally enjoy kum&go's brisket cheddar burrito in the morning, I do like to have them actually put brisket on it. This location did not. Had I not gotten back on 235 I would have gone back and exchanged or got my money back

What a a shame they love to argue with customers because they screw up and can't or don't know how to talk to people this place is a joke the assistance manager some leader she is if she worked for me and spoke to my customers that way she be in the un employment line.

Watch your receipts. Was charged $1 for Habitat for Humanity. Wasn't asked if I'd like to make a donation.They did give me my dollar back after I went back in with my receipt, but what about the people that don't or don't take a receipt?

horrible manager working here constantly yelling and screaming acting like she is intoxicated and I heard her in the back spraying people with water it didn’t sound like fun. on top of that she constantly is cussing around the store no matter if there is customers or children, just an awful environment. the managers name is mia, she seems like an overall bad person I have already seen her name mentioned in bad reviews don’t know why she hasn’t been fired, that girl doesn’t need to be a manager anywhere with that attitude.
