Love Kohl’s, but I’m not in love with all the self checkouts. It’s hard to find workers when you need them since they have redesigned the store.

I like Kohls. My wife bought her wedding dress at Kohls in Ottumwa. Your store is clean and well managed and your staff are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

I just wish their prices were more consistent. They seem to change every week. I like the next bldg and interior design.
