I have been going to Joey's since at least 2016 back when he was out of his garage. They take them time to explain whats wrong with your car and now even take photos of everything they found wrong and send them to you. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I’ve been using Joey’s Auto since he was running a shop in his backyard. Is Joey the cheapest in town? No. Is his shop the most honest with the highest quality that I’ve personally used? Yes. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.Rockstar service with a detailed list of issues with your vehicle organized from least to most priority. I’ve heard “Technically you could fix this but it’s really not an issue. I’d focus on xyz first.” This makes me feel like I’m not being taken advantage of.They also have an excellent warranty and they recently repaired something under warranty for my wife with zero hesitation or fuss. Which brings me to my other point. My wife feels comfortable as a woman taking her car in alone because of their history of being honest with us.I highly recommend this shop.

Do not take your car here, they are expensive and the job they do is not worth the money (i have a Volkswagen). From my experience and that of others that I know as well as one mechanic that has told me that he keeps getting cars brought to him after Joe’s has done a bad job. I had to take my car back to them to re-do what they had “fixed” and then 2 weeks after that my car broke down again from what I believe was caused by Joey’s. Of course i did not take it back to them for a third time. Last year i brought my car to them, they fixed something and two weeks later i had to take it back for something else. If you take your car there to het it “fixed” be ready for your check engine light to go off several times after you get your car back. Also the two guys that work the front desk are super rude and act annoyed and like they are doing you a favor when you ask questions or raise concerns.

I was put of state. Had the car taken in for diagnostics. Cody helped me out. Turn out the diagnostic was wrong. But that's ok. I called and spoke to Cody and he refunded me the money back into my account. I would highly recommend the shop.

Take your car here at your own risk. Pay attention to the negative reviews on other websites as well because they are accurate. I have heard that they used to be a good shop but that over the past couple of years their work has declined. This has been my experience as well. The owner seems cool but the other people that work there, especially at the front desk have terrible customer service skills. The mechanics will work on your car and not put the same parts you had back on or even break them ( for me it was a tab on my engine cover) small but noticiable. I have reason to believe that when they were putting my car back together they did it incorrectly leading to my bottom engine mount bolt to rip off and costing me around $1000 more dollars to fix, i took it to a different shop of course. Good luck, if you are going to pay dealership prices just take it to the dealership.

After bouncing around a few car mechanics and not fully being satisfied with the trust or service my vehicles were receiving I finally found Joey's Auto Shop and what I believe to be my vehicles maintenance forever home. The two gentlemen working the front desk are top notch. Setting an appointment is a breeze, and Joey's level of detail when doing their diagnostic is INCREDIBLE! Even for a routine job like an oil change they complete a full car inspection and send you a full recap of all their findings, with pictures included and estimates on potential issues. They never come off as pushy or use scare tactics for an additional sale but leave you incredibly informed before leaving. While I would say their prices are on the higher end, I find it more than worth it based on the thorough job they do. I leave their shop with complete confidence that my vehicles won't have any preventable breakdowns after visiting Joey's.

After months of taking my car to the dealership for repair after repair without getting to the REAL reason why my car was running rough, I decided to give Joey's a try because of the excellent reviews. They did a very in-depth diagnostic and sent me the results by text, which I was able to open in a web browser. The repair was much more expensive than I had hoped, but at least I knew I wasn't going to get nickel and dimed to death putting "band-aid" fixes on my car. I decided to forego repairs and trade the car in as it was a ten year old vehicle. Joey's charged me for the diagnostics only and never tried to pressure me into anything more. If ever I need another vehicle repair, I'll skip all the hassle and go straight to Joey's, where I know they will be honest and upfront about what needs to be done.

Not impressed. The shop my wife used to go to moved so I thought give Joey's a try. Prices and diagnostic fees seemed high. They don't seem like in business to build relationships and life long customers.

I took my car in for an oil change and brakes. They tried to tell me when I picked it up that my car was leaking oil and had a crack in the oil pan. They didn’t mention the supposed leak when they called with the estimate. It’s awfully weird that the technician wouldn’t have noticed this awful leak right away. My car had not been leaking oil before I brought it in, but it surely was afterwards. I got a second opinion and there wasn’t a crack, they didn’t tighten the oil plug enough. When I called, the manager said, well the technician thought he saw one. It would have been $1100 to fix it. This was not just a simple mistake but a deliberate attempt to try to screw the customer. Also, they broke my brake light sensor and wanted to charge me to fix it. I talked to 2 other shops that said if they broke something, they’d fix it for free. I’ll never go back here.
