Not a fan..Great place to buy anything overpricedSeveral of buyers are schemer's at all 3 storesTried to scam my son at west store. The best manager was at merle hay mall,he left.I don't blame him. I did tooRegretfully,I did too much business there before I saw the places true colors.Take your time selling your stuff and put it all ebay it will pay much better. Tried to address issues with owner but doesn't return emails and I've heard I'm not the only one.

This is one of the bigger locations for comics and games. However new stuff doesn't always come through. They also want full price for opened trades. I understand why people would want to look in but Everything is open. Never had any issue with staff though. I still come in and mostly everything is in decent shape.

Good variety and selection of products. A unique store that offers cool things you don’t find elsewhere. I have also used their shipping services and had a good experience with that as well.Friendly staff and I also go next-door to it twice a week to donate at BioLife. It’s a good location, and a nice clean store with a pleasant experience and good staff.

I sold 2 unopened box sets that I bought for $50 each only a few months ago and only gave me $15 cash. We needed the money for food. They rip off desperate people. don't support this business. They are horrible people.

Awesome place for so many collectibles old school games, magazines systems and records, figurines and cards !They're buying side of the store is top notch as well! First time here I met pretty nice staff and had some things I brought by to sell.Pokémon cards in specific and managed to sell some off for decent value !!I will be returning here for items I'm interested in!

Rude staff in this location. Smells bad. Robin or whatever her name was at the buying center was rude and didn't seem to know anything about her job. They all stare you down like you're gonna steal something. Will not return to this location. Go to the other ones staff is much more professional and the other stores don't smell like sweaty socks.
