As always, Willis Jaguar Service and Don Hayes (Service Manager) did a great job of sourcing the trouble of a draining battery for my E-Pace. I can’t say enough good things about this shop and all of its people.
In for more service and can’t say enough good things about my Jag Service Manager Don Hayes. Willis Auto simply does everything right, and that’s a rare commodity these days. Thanks, Don!

Amazing experience. They worked with me being a few states away and were honest and on top of any questions I had and got back to me immediately. I wish I could have met them in person as they were all so kind! I’ve never had that kind of experience in a dealership and I have bought and sold over 20 cars in the past 20 years. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys and I LOVE my new i-pace!!

Easy experience that didn't take 4 hours. Everyone was friendly, asnwered all of our questions, and the campus at Willis is amazing. This is our 2nd vehicle from Willis but won't be our last.
