I came in and ordered a hat and wow was I impressed! My design was simple, but intricate in the same token. The staff communicated with me throughout the whole step and my embroidered hat came out amazing! Great place with great staff! I’m excited to see them again very soon for my next project!

I meant to do this review earlier , however with daughters graduation haven't been able to.. I will say I'm extremely disappointed in this place and due to that I no longer will do business here. I've done a nice amount of business with you all, and always have been amazing. However , my initial order was over $200 for shirts for my daughter's graduation... called Friday the day before asking could we please please add one more shirt for the only daughter who didn't order one at first as she didn't have money..I only had 6 shirts at that time...and they did tell me they could do up to 7... so I didn't think they would refuse the business especially considering it was for a once in a lifetime moment...and left one of my kids left out ... sorry not sorry! I've worked in customer for years multiple industries... and we definitely would have made sure the customer was taking care of !

It's funny they told me how long broken arrow takes 2 weeks to make shirts I ordered about 400 dollars worth of shirts about 12 of them 2 n half weeks later no shirts then I paid cash did I get my cash back with my receipt nope will send ya a check a week later what a joke this place is they'll take your cash but won't give your cash back n wait a week to get it then wait 3 more days to make sure the check clears what a great place

Had a great experience. Brought in 3 hoodies to get lettering printed. He texted me and had it done in 30 min or less. He even fixed a hoodie for me that previously got printed incorrectly somewhere else and he was able to make an adjustment to my satisfaction. Definitely will be back

Nice guys, went in to get a single hat done price came up to $50 which was higher than mentioned but he kept his word and gave me the price said. But part of the embroidery of my hat is slanted… one part is perfect and the other half is slightly deformed. Don’t feel like I got what I paid for. Embroidering could’ve been better, not happy at all. Go elsewhere

We came at the end of the day and Mario was the most helpful kind person ever. He stayed late to make our shirts we wanted for the morning. He went well above and beyond for us and we appreciated him so much.

Came to Iowa Custom on a last min emergency stop & Micheal & Mario were AMAZINGGGGG, they were able to squeeze me in & execute the design I wanted & get it done in time for my nephews birthday!!! I will definitely be back for future customs :)

We are Wicked Sinners Motorcycle Club out of SE Iowa. We are writing you this review to inform you of how pleased we are with IowaTees Cedar Rapids regarding one of your employees that is a phenomenal asset to your company.
Christian is absolutely amazing to work with. I called 3 different times with questions and he was patient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Once we arrived to the Cedar Rapids location, Christian was very welcoming and answered all of our questions with out hesitation.
During the process there was a small delay on getting our hoodies due to equipment malfunctions. With Christian's technical knowledge he was able to trouble shoot & resolve the issues expeditiously. He also communicated the issues honestly & in a straight forward manner by walking us through the production techniques he uses to produce top notch garments.
Based on the level of customer service & production knowledge we were surprised he has only been there 5 months. Being able to multi task with additional customers including us, this appeared to be second nature for him.
As new customer to your company, we do not have establishments or same day service like this in our area. We are now willing to travel two hours in order to have the same type of service we received with IowaTees in Cedar Rapids. We can only dream of a location closer to us.
