Me and my girlfriend have wrote checks there all the time 1 employee let her cash a check have never been asked for ID til today then the lady at customer service wouldn't let me write a check for food what a disgrace of a sore it is double standards evidently

This is one of the smaller Hy-Vee's it has the hometown feel. It might lack on variety but the great customer service that is lacking nowadays can be found here.

Tonight was the last time I, or anybody else in my family, will step foot in your doors! My husband stopped in and bought a few groceries after work as he always does, when he got home we noticed we didn't get our hamburger or our bacon, so I went back to the store with my receipt, and very nicely explained what happened, IMMEDIATELY I was made out to be a liar! The kids from the customer service took my receipt over to the register and everyone said no there's no bag here with those items so they gave the receipt to a tall African American woman her name was Monica or something that started with an M she was very rude to me and she wrinkled my receipt up and threw it away and continued on with someone else. I asked are you going to help me because I will not leave without my items she asked me do you have a receipt? I said you just threw it away! Then she says well c'mon everyone lets find this receipt with the little bacon on it, I told them to please call the cops. Then another woman came over and told me to get what I was missing and we would be set! I am almost 60 years old and have NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT!!! Then when I was getting in my car she was outside yelling at me to have a nice day!!!! Very unacceptable

Most definitely is the worst store. Employees are rude and not helpful. Outside the store trash is all over never picked up. Rent a cops are letting people park in the fire lanes. Ask a question about anything the employees roll there eyes and are rude. Self check outs never used and customer service is not open alot. And don't ask no one to get you cigarettes couse it kills them to go get them. Employee service and the manager need replaced.

My parents used to shop at this location. They did a wonderful job on the remodel and I love the donuts at this location! I had to stop by this location today because I had bought bad milk from another location and they were very nice and issued a refund for my milk.
