Very unprofessional people as I lost my job fully intend to give the property back well they took it upon themselves to enter my house why nobody was home broke in May I add destroyed my screen door and ram sacked my house i made a police report and hopefully they get thrown in jail where they belong... RICK AND ED both are nothing but trash wouldn't shock my if they ain't having them brake into people houses ?

Very unprofessional, they broke into my house and locked my dog in my room and my puppies in the kennel while I’m waiting to have a guy come fix my air meanwhile I have a air conditioner that somewhats works but not good enough to reach the kennel, never ever would I recommend these crooks especially when I was under the impression my furniture was new and so was my tv, the furniture had crusted food stuck to it and stains and the tv had someone else’s Netflix on it, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL…….

My laptop stopped and Ed said bring it in we will have a look .2 days later it was fixed back to new. They did a fast and good job of getting it fixed and back to me. Tha ks Ed and Rick keep up the great work ? ?

I paid for a 65 inch Samsung TV and fireplace TV stand they were very considerate on the pricing and very understanding with pay off time frame would recommend

I walked in there they have a very nice selection furniture they are also very bendable on payments and they're very nice well complying and they're easy going very nice 65 TV that I got from them they work with you on payment plans and they also are better in my opinion than any other place inDes Moines for furniture wise would strongly recommend

They charged my card without permission. They constantly gave attitude when speaking with me and my husband, yelling and screaming at times over the phone. They are very unprofessional and I would not reccomend going through them. They even charged my card after our services had been terminated with them.

A place that I will NEVER recommend!!! I went and bought straight up with cash and when there was a problem with how it was made it was never fixed. They were supposed to come fix the problem, they left a message they would have to reschedule and Ed never returned my call to fix the problem. Very disappointed and will go elsewhere next time and send 1000.
