Ordered on Saturday December 16 and arrived on my doorstep December 20 in Louisville Ky. Couldn't ask for anything faster.These guys have always taken care of me and I highly recommend.Ever in Des Moines stop by the shop. I had an outstanding visit back a couple years ago.

Stopped in to the store in the Spring 2017. Left my information for them to contact me regarding a flagpole. Heard back from Kevin about 3 weeks later. Originally had requested to have it done in July 2017. Didn't hear back. I reached out again in August 2018. Asked for the work to be done in September 2018. Didn't hear back. Reached out AGAIN in February 2019 and asked to be put on the schedule. Didn't hear back. I finally stopped trying. We ended up having a pole installed by A-D Distributing. They did a fantastic job and were very communicative. The reason I kept trying with Heartland was because I had always heard very positive things about them. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

I was browsing online for 3x5 flags and came upon D I C Ks Sporting Goods first. I then saw Heartland Flags & Gifts was family owned. I decided to order from these folks instead. I’m so glad I did! Ordered flag on Tuesday afternoon, order arrived on Thursday afternoon. (Wow!) Wonderful customer service! Thank you for free shipping within the US. I will gladly buy again.

On June 10, 2020 I was told by Kevin at Heartland Flags that he would service my residential flagpole by replacing the rope and snaps. He said he would be at my home within 7 to 10 days. It is now July 6th and he has not fulfilled his promise and I could not fly my flag on the 4th of July. I have left several messages and provided my phone number but he can't be bothered with responding. Very disappointed. I will find a different company that actually values new business. Thanks for nothing.
