Been here a couple times...The owner does a TERRIBLE job...If you want BASIC polish is ok but anything else you better off going somewhere else.... Never going there again!!!

Me and my 3 sisters went to Hannah's for a Manicure, Pedicure and a lip and chin wax. The ladies we great. We were all laughing and having a good time. I'm so glad we picked Hannah's Nails. We will definitely go there again.Services: Foot massages

This is my 3rd time going, and the previous 2 times, I had good experiences. They weren’t great quality but decent for the priceHowever this last visit made sure I’ll never step foot there again as they made me pay mid way through the manicure, which felt racially motivated as I saw they never did that to anyone else, and didn’t do that the previous 2 times.Initially they were nice, making me feel welcomed. But after she started, I slowly felt the mood change, and the way she was treating me. It felt like she kept getting frustrated with me throughout, and I can truthfully say I’m an easy going person when it comes to this. They work with people, days can get long, so I understand, but this was too far.The last 2 times I tipped around $10 as I appreciate what they do. But when she told me mid way I had to pay, she bursted out “TIP OR NO TIP”, which caught me off guard as I already didn’t appreciate her attitude like I wasn’t going to pay, and that if I don’t give a good tip, she would do a bad job. I told her I would give her a tip with cash at the end, as I wanted to see how she would treat me for the end of the manicure.After that, she was continually frustrated with me, told me multiple times I’m going to ruin them, and that I should’ve done the shellac so I wouldn’t mess it up. After sitting there for 20 minutes, I felt like they were dry, but without even looking she told me they weren’t, and that I’m going to mess it up again.When it was done, she got mad again because I was putting on my shoes, and I’m not trying to be repetitive, but said I was going to mess it up, grabbed my socks out of my hands with no warning, and started to put them on because apparently I didn’t know how to do that.I never leave reviews, I have bad experiences but I give business the benefit of the doubt, as customers can be rude, and a lot to deal with. But this resulted in me never wanting to come back, and make sure others know of my experience. If you want amateur done nails for a decent price, then this is the place. But I would recommend not to go because of poor service. I’m almost certain the lady mentioned above is the owner, I hope she sees this and at the minimum doesn’t treat someone like that again.

Worse nail salon I've ever been to, they need to shut it down because they don't know what they are doing they are not experienced at all, a two years old could have done a better job!

Most definitely the worse place to get nails done at, the lady who was doing my nails did not use the right tips, non sanitary. I highly do not recommend!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I gave them a try 3 times and wish I had not. My acrylic full set manicures lasted less than a week. The nails would start popping off as if they were press on nails. This recent time a week later my nails are coming off again after they were supposedly fixed. My nature nails are damaged and pretty sure one of my nails is either bruised or infected.Service: Manicures

We don’t get our nails done as regular as some, but we always go here when we do. We are treated like queens and Hannah always remembers something about us from our last visit! I have never walked out disappointed!Services: Gel manicures

I am currently still waiting for me nails to grow back after two months of agony and no reply back as they do not care think before you get your nails done here nether has this done to me before they use horrible products and this is not the only hand as one more on the other two as didn’t take pictures of that one
