Lisa was very helpful and informative through the whole (very fast) process. She helped me refinance my house for a lower interest rate and payment and was able to reduce my insurance payment at the same time. I definitely recommend her.

Lisa is the best! She worked with my son on a 1st time purchase and was able to get him into a program for 1st time buyers, worked with him on his paperwork and made the experience seamless. I would refer anyone looking for a mortgage to work with Lisa.

Fantastic!

I had Lisa as my mortgage broker and she is so thorough with all the documents she requests so that when it comes to underwriting there isn’t much more to request to get the final approval. She was very communicative and answered all my questions at all hours of the night to calm my nerves. She worked during the time that most would consider their personal time. She is also the sweetest person and has so much compassion. This was my second home I’ve ever purchased and this experience was the best I’ve ever had. If I ever buy another home in the future I will for sure be going back to Lisa.

You cannot beat the customer service that you receive from Halo Capital. David and Lisa were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each step and prepare us for what the next steps would be. They provided us with so much education not only about our current transaction but the best way to set us up going forward. All communications were clear, precise and timely. They had all of the work done way ahead of schedule which allowed us to wait comfortably for closing. Working through our financing was the easiest part of selling and purchasing our homes. We will definitely work with Halo Capital for any future refinancing or new purchases!

Dave Lewis was absolutely horrendous to work with. He lied many times to everyone involved. His communication was poor and they definitely aren't as quick to close as they brag they do. I highly recommend staying far away from Dave Lewis at Halo Capital- he isa buyers and agents worst nightmare.
