This is difficult. I only deal with the parts staff and one gentleman, working 08/08/2024 at 6pm was not only unprofessional he was down right rude and unhelpful. He claimed he couldn't find the parts in the system (Iowa Truck and Trailer could), placed me on hold in mid sentence, and acted as if I wad interrupting him when I called.
I unfortunately did not get his name because he never gave it when he answered the phone. However, the rest of the parts staff has always been helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, a continued dealing with this individual can ruin the likelihood of continued business.

Had an issue with my Ram truck last Friday late afternoon and they were great about getting me in to assess the issue
Technician was able to fix the issue in short time
Counter staff were great
Very grateful considering I was pulling a fifth wheel and out of state

They got me in late, fixed my issues and got me down the road. The prices are on par with other dealers. I bought my truck here also. Kate was very easy to work with in sales. So far they've done right by me, service and sales.

Incompetent and expensive. They don't have any parts, whatever i asked they said they don't have it. But they charge 205$ per hour for labor.

The shop ordered wrong parts and caused me to stay there for additional 4 days and $1000 cost for hotel.They do not take the reaponsibility of their fault.They are totally garbage

Wrost place to take your truck. Took my for for leaking coolant. They performed a head gasket Injectors and turbo replacement. But they their certified tech forgot to put coolant and blew my engine up. Jake the service manager wrost people skills. Tried to argue with me and not wanting to take care of their mistake. I almost had to get lawyers involved to fix my issue. Now recent I had to take another truck in to get ECM calibrated since their the only ones with hino software. They didn't even know how to program a ecm. I asked them questions of what codes or where it was missing communication and they could not give me a answer once again jake wrost customer service. Do not go. Do not take your vehicle.
I hope someone up higher in culprit sees these and addresses their manager on how to deal with people specifically custumers.

Nightmare buying a truck from there. If I would have known better I would have looked somewhere else to buy my truck. Although it had a brand new engine in it so I got a good deal because they had no idea about that. I think the guys there are just putting in their hours they don't care about the customer or the company.
