Not a whole lot of selection for women's work boots. I got a pair of men's boots, just in a smaller size. Otherwise, not a bad place. They have a lot of necessities for outside or factory work gear.

Good selection of work boots. Found some Keens that fit me well and purchased them.
Reason for knocking off a star was because I never had any interaction with the staff until I went to check out. Spending over $150 on a pair of boots, a hello or can we help would have been appreciated.
I do miss G&Ls. Local store with much better service. But Boot Barn does have a good selection. And that why I shopped here.

I like the section of different safety toe footwear. The hardest part is finding my size (15 wide) from the stock they have in stock on the shelves. But I always manage to find something that will work.

Customer service is good (can be hit or miss, but usually good for me). Sizes aren't anywhere near what G&L had, and the place is mostly western wear. If you are 3x+ or 46w+, good luck finding anything. Real shame.

They have a large selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories. Sales people were friendly and helpful and the store was clean.
