outstanding customer service ! willing to work with their customers to get them into a great vehicle i couldn't find anywhere that would take the down payment that i had , or finance me since i have no credit i thought i was out of luck but i walked out with a great car better than i ever thought id end up with for the amount i was able to put down !! highly, highly , recommend !

I don't mean to sound rude, but I was so excited to get my car detailed for the first time.I was beyond disappointed when I received my car back. I'll attach photos, but the car detailer was not only rude, but I had given her a $20 tip before I had opened my car door and that was my first mistake. But keep in mind. This is my first time ever getting a car detail and I was super excited. I am a pretty detail oriented person so my car was already was pretty clean to start... When I arrived, I couldn't find anyone in the office. I had to knock on someone's office to even get service... being a first time customer I felt extremely uncomfortable... there was another woman inside that had already waited. 20 minutes for a plate change... my first opinion was it seemed like a very unprofessional place. Once I got a hold of the gentleman, he was fantastic.. I can't say the same for everyone else. In total I had paid $135 that day. Once I finally got a hold of the receptionist, who seemed to be busy doing car detailing herself.. she couldn't get the machine working to even check me out. She , had to get the gentleman who I had to knock on his office door to even get service to fix the issue. That was my second red flag after not even having a receptionist when I arrived.My third red flag was when after experiencing all that.. there was zero communication about how my car detail was done. The lady hadn't even left a rag in my car and someone had to remind her to get it. The woman that did my car detail was extremely unprofessional and rude. She did a very poor job and was very defensive when I talk to her about it. As a new customer, I'm the type of person that if you do something right, you should do it right the first time. That's not what happen here and let's just say I won't be back I've attached photos for reference, but if this is the kind of detail you get, I would 100% recommend you go anywhere else. There was dirt under my seat. My windows were not cleaned and the receptionist went ahead and told me while getting refunded $35 after I had pointed out all of the dirt that it wasn't their fault because the lighting makes a difference. Personally, I do not care about the lighting. I am paying you to do a service and if you need to move my car to different lighting to get dirt out of my car then that's your prerogative.The receptionist went ahead and told me while getting refunded $35 that there's a 50-50 chance they missed some thing because of light. Wow-- I thought to myself. Not only do they not care, but you have a 50/50 chance of getting a shifty job done. 100% wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy to get my car detailed not worth your time or money or energy. They kept asking to fix it, but again, I'm the type of customer that I want it done correctly the first time.

I just purchased my 2nd car from Casey at MCCJ. Overall this is our 5th car for our family from the dealership. The customer service experience here is always top notch, whether dealing with the owners, Beth the finance manager or the detail department, they're all the best. Our cars have always been reliable and that's Key when choosing a used dealership to purchase from. We will continue to buy our cars from MCCJ.

The atmosphere and buying experience at MCCJ is pleasant and made easy. Casey and his staff are wonderful and ensure your experience is above satisfaction. Thank you, guys! I love my new car.Side note: With a bankruptcy, multiple collection accounts and tarnished credit resulting from a bad divorce, Casey was able to accomplish what nobody else could and get me into my dream car for terms that fit my budget.

I bought a ford edge and discovered withn a month the All 4 wheel bearings were bad and to top it off one of the keys they give me was also bad and also need a alignment and batttery Buyer beware!!!!!

OMG!!!! My 4Runner looked amazing after MCCJ detailed it. It was there most of the day but I am happy with the results. I highly recommend MCCJ for auto detailing. Even without the Groupon I think the price was a good value.
