local phone number disconnected. number they gave me on a voicemail was a number that did not accept calls. calling another 800 number that is online and been on hold a while.... not impressed so far

This company is a JOKE. I tried calling twice to see if a driver was going to be picking up freight and the call center picked up because no one in the Des Moines location would pick up the phone and they could not look up the BOL with any of the information I received from the 3rd party freight broker.
