We have been here twice, and both times have had wonderful service! Both times, the store had several customers, but we didn't have to wait and they were friendly, attentive, helpful and thorough. They didn't make us feel rushed. They asked questions, listened to our needs and offered several options to find the best solution. I wish we had known about Fleet Feet sooner. It has made a huge difference.

The staff at Fleet Feet were very friendly and accommodating. They talked me through the whole process and were very thorough. They were also very informative, which was helpful to ensure I walked out with a quality pair of shoes that fit right.

Great experience at the store. Everyone was so welcoming. As a novice to exercise, I was worried about feeling intimidated, but it was the complete opposite. Will be back!

Walked in the store at 11:30AM Monday morning and was greated right away. I timed it right, as soon after they were very busy. Associate took the time to determine what I was looking for, scanned my feet and was able to make several recommendations with that info. Was able to try multiple shoes and walked out with what I think will be a good fit. Was knowledgeable about products and also asked coworkers for their recommendations.

The overall buyer experience was fantastic. I worked with Laura to try on shoes and inserts that were optimal based on my foot profile. She helped me with brands I had never thought of trying and when they didn’t have my size in stock they were able to order the shoe and it arrived 4 days later! Awesome experience with very reasonable prices compared to other sportswear stores. I will definitely be back.
