First Class Community Credit Union has been serving the Des Moines community since 1925, offering a wide range of financial products and services. No matter what branch or service is used, it has been amazing. They may not be as big as others, but they far exceed expectations. The customer service is absolutely amazing and is what comes to mind when picturing great service. Staff members are happy, upbeat, and make conversations feel like talking to lifelong friends. They are simply the best. Employees help make what seems so difficult easy, working with members through ups and downs. They are always available to answer questions and help decide between options, providing amazing help to keep things going. Members are so grateful for the support. The credit union is committed to providing the best possible service and helping members achieve their financial goals.
I cannot praise this place enough!!!! Rand, Max, Chelsea.... all of them!!! We had some miscommunication with a loan and it was a longer process than expected to get to the finish line, BUT......they handled it like champs and put my mind at ease!!!! 10 stars from my husband and I!!!!
