Each time I have had service or a vehicle concern I felt as though I was truly taken care of. Recently my car had problems with overheating. I called them when I was stranded on the interstate and they patiently helped get me in touch with who I needed for a tow to their location were calm and reassuring with me every step of the way. Thank you everyone!

My husband and I have always trusted the service at this Firestone. We like the way the office is run. We always like dealing with the extremely capable Dylan and the young woman who preceded him who was also extremely capable. Both are top quality kids, and so have been the mechanics who did the work. Our cars have always stayed in good shape because of the care you all took of them. Thank you for being so good at what you do. It’s important.

This location delivered excellence in customer service and quality care. Dylan at the front desk was calm and chearful, helpful, and a leader to his team. In the middle of major storms. I was out in two hours during their busiest time and on my way with confidence. Job well done! Thank you.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I advise anyone to NOT take their car to this location ever. First time, I took my car in for routine maintenance, came out with $1000+ bill and my car to be towed THREE times back to the store because the staff were unable to properly fix a problem they addressed. I was without a car for a week. Went back for a routine oil change, and came back home (5 min drive) with a flat. I know the staff deliberately did this just purely by the way they spoke to me at the store and on the phone. They also made it impossible to change the flat tire (again a deliberate move). When I called for help, they were rude, unprofessional and said the flat was completely my fault after I literally just drove my car off the lot. They promised a complementary tow over the phone, but then took back that option. Called them back two hours later to let them know we couldn’t get the spare off, and that they would need to figure something out for us. Finally offered up a comp tow, but not until the next morning. Completely rude, and inconsiderate staff. Should have known to never go back after the first time. Save your time, and your money. Go elsewhere to get your car fixed by people who actually know what they are doing. This location has caused more frustration, money, and inconvenience than any other location I’ve ever been to for a Firestone.

Do not recommend. Car was with them for about 2 months, issue not resolved, broken dash and radio. Customer service a joke and will not take responsibility for there joke of service. Corporate has been called, claim has been filed and attorney on standby.

On Monday, the 16th of October. I called to make an appointment for a alignment on my GMC Sierra. The gal I had talked to over the phone set me up for Thursday the 19th at 11:00am. I had mentioned while making the appointment I have aftermarket wheels on my truck that rub before full lock. I also told her what tire size, and rim size was on my truck. She told me without hesitation they could do the alignment. Fast forward to Thursday we had got there around 10:40 that morning and went in early and talked with Dillon (The manager) to let him know you could not turn at full lock with my truck. We then watched him walk out to my pickup observing both sides of the truck. As he was backing the truck out of the parking lot I noticed when he pulled towards the building the fender flare was hanging off the truck. I then got ahold of the guy at the counter to let him know what happened and he allowed us to go to the back and observe the damage. When walking to the back where the alignment machine is you could hear the other employee telling him to stop but Dillon kept going, causing it to make the damage worse. As a 16 year old kid it upset me seeing what I had worked very hard for get destroyed by the lack of respect Dillon had. I then turned to my mom and asked what are we going to do. Dillon replied shouting when did I ever say I wasn't going to fix it! He also mentioned their machine can only do rims 22 inches and smaller while mine are 24inch wheels. Still in disbelief, Dillon said to go to Caliber Collision on SW 61st ST. When we arrived at caliber they jumped on it quickly and had gotten the quote sent over to Firestone. A few hours go by and we get a call from Firestone and it was Dillon, in a very unprofessional way he argued that it was not his fault and would not be responsible for the damages refusing to give us any of corporates information. After searching to get ahold of corporate they had sent an adjuster to review the damages to my truck. Robert from corporate got back to us to say they couldn't accept liability to fix the damages and that it was previously pulled off the truck. I had bought the truck 2 months before this had happened and had no issues prior. Keep this in mind before you decide to go back to this Firestone, extremely disappointed

I drive a Jeep and they had the exact tires that I need for my Jeep. They installed them on my Jeep and aligned my Jeep within a few hours. It was super last minute but they got my Jeep in. Fast, great prices and great customer service. My Jeep runs great now. I will be bringing my Jeep back again!Services: Tires

Oh LET'S GET INTO THE DETALS NOW.THESE PEOPLE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS OR TREAT THEM, THEY DO NOT CALL YOU WITH AN UPDATE ON WHAT'S GOING ON WITH YOUR VEHICLE.... LIKE WHO DOES THAT? COMMUNICATION IS TOTALLY NOT A PLUS FOR THEM. HOW CAN YOU ALLOW FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TAKE SOMEONE'S CAR OR TRUCK AND NOT INFORM THE CUSTOMER WHAT IS GOING ON AHEAD OF TIME??? HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THAT'S WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS? HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THE CUSTOMER HAS OTHERS PLANS FOR THEIR VEHICLE OF YOU DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CALL OR LEAVE A VOICEMAIL????I KNOW ONE THING I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with THESE FOLKS AGAIN AND I DO NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO COME HERE.
