I wish I could give it 5 stars but I can't because it's so hard to talk to a human and figure out where your parcels are at. From what I understand they will call me or text me or email me when they're in the neighborhood which would be great but I asked them that one time and I never got the call and I miss my package or got stolen at the door I don't know for sure

Helpful and friendly. I had question, they easily answered. It was easy to ship a package out and a return. They have me a receipt to track pigs. Looks like they had shipping supplies as well.
