Wont look for your package without a tracking number. Idk the tracking number and it is time sensitive. Guy was rude about it too.

I am so tired of every package I have delivered somehow turning into a disaster. Today's mess was my pkg was left at 8712 bldg even though I live at 8704 bldg in our complex. And the moron driver left it on top of the mailboxes even though management has left instructions NOT to do so along with my specific instructions as to where to leave orders. When I tried to contact CS all I kept getting some the same "advice" ... go look for your package. I pay shipping fees for a reason and it's NOT to hunt down my deliveries each time. Upon each inquiry I kept getting a prompt that the pkg had been delivered. That doesn't help me if it's not the RIGHT address. There is no reason to have to put up with such irresponsible service. And now it has happened again!! Finally got the right building this time but didn't even get close to my apartment. Left the package at the bottom of the main stairwell right where someone could trip over it and get hurt. I have lived here 5.5 years and this only has happened in the past three months. The employees are now illiterate (despite the SPECIFIC instructions I leave) and beyond LAZY!!!
Yet another pkg delivered somewhere other than here at the correct address. FedEx can send me all the pictures of the package they want showing "delivered", it's not at the RIGHT address. This time it was $165 in medicine which I'm out both the money and the meds.
Update: Unfortunately there are rare times I have to have something delivered and of course the chosen carrier is these twits. Neighbor downstairs received a pkg and I also had one .... driver just left my pkg with the neighbor. Didn't bother to read different name, different apt number .... I've contacted FedEx, nothing. I contacted my state's AG, nothing. They missed the point. I have given up on my personal loss but I want this company to have to answer to someone for their slacker drivers.

They can't even print out a FedEx shipping label for you. Absolutely worthless from a customer perspective.

Received package today from Rock Auto.Driver just dropped in driveway rather than setting on steps.Anyone could have seen it and helped their self.I mean dropped in the middle of the drive way.Pitiful lazy and no concern to do a good job.Have it on video.

The guy at the counter was great. Driver did not ring the doorbell. Then he was late to the facility, which resulted in 2 trips to the center to pickup.
