Absolutely the worst place to sell anything. These people are extremely rude. I recommend to never going to this place. I tried to sell my newer laptop just so I can get a iPad and these people were so rude and unkind. I always speak with kindness but these people must hate their job and business. Idk but lesson learned.

Excellent customer service, talked honestly about several items I was interested in. The guys I talked with knew about PCs, so we were able to make good decisions. Even better, they have customer appreciation perks for buyers, sellers, and pawn. I'll be visiting often now.

The ppl are great here at this location NE 14 Des Moines .. The only thing wrong is there web site can't shop on line at all .but not much in store ..3 stars for the ppl there would do 5 if they could ever figure out the web site to be user friendly or actually work ...

If I could give this establishment a negative it would definitely be a negative sent my daughter up there to pawn a Chromebook and instead of pawning it it got sold instead of them explaining to her the difference between pawn and selling they did not do that so ultimately what I paid $274 for in the store got sold for $23 rip off this is the second time that this establishment has ripped me off for my money and I have been a valued customer for years at this pawn shop I bought multiple Coach purses and backpacks up out of here and it really saddens me that you don't value your customers more than you do the money that you rip people off for horrible management

Bought a PS4 an it didn't work due to a storage issue an they charged me to exchange it for another one even though the new one had the same specs an they should have checked the first one before putting it for sale. I have bought several items here over the years but this will definitely be my last time buying from them

Today I felt my integrity, honor, and loyalty questioned, I live day by day as honest and humbleness human being, with no criminal record. But to hold the merchandise in your hands as if I was a thief with a criminal record. To past judgement upon me and make me feel unhappy to do business with you, after I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at your store. I really didn't feel appreciated to be treated that way....
