Service was good agent helped us was very polite. The 4 rating is for location and confusing signage and return area it needs to be marked a lot better. Even the taxi driver had hard time finding the place.

Honestly, I got a better car than I expected, brand new. The staff was lovely, the pick-up and drop-off went smoothly.

Rented a car for work. Great experience from the moment I arrived at the desk. Customer service was outstanding. Staff was friendly and caring. Jerrius made sure I was completely taken care of before I drove off the lot. Will return as a customer and do business in the future.
