There is such a thing as an honest used car salesman! After meeting and working with Jack Leshen, I can attest to that fact. He was down to earth, straightforward and not pushy out all. He listened intently, fixed minor issues without hesitation and literally made the experience of purchasing the Toyota Tacoma the most comfortable vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I highly recommend him.

Great experience and great customer service from Efkamp Auto. Laney, Jack and Taylor are amazing to work with! If you have a particular vehicle in mind and they don't have it on the lot...just tell them what vehicle and the must haves and they will find it for you. They found my new vehicle in another state, haggled with them, did all the leg work and even went to pick it up for me instead of waiting for transport as I needed my vehicle immediately. They go above and beyond!! Can't beat their customer service anywhere!!!

I finally had a chance to leave this review better late than never.. I traveled 5 hours from Chicago to buy a beautiful Camaro ss from Taylor at this Dealership! I can honestly say the people here one above And beyond for me and answered all my questions and I believe I got a fantastic deal with great customer service I cannot be grateful enough for them helping me bring my dream car home again. Thank you so much for actually customer service and piece of mind process ! I could not Be happier.

I worked with Jack, he helped me find an awesome 2019 Honda Civic si, after I needed a car asap from my previous one breaking down. Made the whole buying process super simple and quick! Would highly recommend!

Great service from Jack! Got the deal I wanted and the car I wanted! Couldn't ask for better service. Jack went above and beyond to meet with us after hours and finish the sale... WOW!!! Thank you for the great service and honesty. I enjoyed playing with Daisy as well, a wonderful experience.

I went into the dealership after viewing my dream jeep online, Jack Leshen greeted me and my friend with a smile and 2 dogs definitely made a warm introduction. I've never felt so comfortable at a dealership! So friendly, fast, and understanding. Jack helped me through the entire process and got me approved for my new vehicle in under 2 hours and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Never felt pushed or weary of the things he was telling me and I 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze from Taylor and everyone I met there was super nice and helpful. Efkamp made the whole buying process quick and simple. The car on the other hand had a couple problems within a couple of days of buying it. Efkamps took care of it as fast as possible. The car runs great and I will definitely be looking at more vehicles from them in the future. Thank you for helping me out.

First of all there is no place to park. The entire lot is full of vehicles for sale and no parking signs on the street. Be prepared to walk. After we finally got to the door no one was there. It was 11:00. About 20 minutes a guy showed up. The pickup we wanted to see was at another lot. He said his brother was there. We went to the other lot - no one there. We waited a half hour and finally left. I guess they don't need our business. Or just don't care.
