If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Worst place to do business with for any packages. They are not constant in hours they are open, and lost my package. The owner is very rude as well and not helpful at all. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My brother and his family have been swept up in the Southwest debacle. My poor niece’s luggage never made it to Des Moines while they were here for the holidays. She also lost her backpack in Chicago where they are currently stranded. Her suitcase finally arrived today and I went to this UPS shop to send her contents to Boston, where they will connect before heading back to Sweden. The manager at the UPS store was so understanding and compassionate and just simply wonderful. He was patient with me as we tested different options of sending suitcases and then different size boxes, with only the contents of the suitcase, packing and re-packing. Trying to find something that was affordable and yet would make it on time before they left the country was difficult. It was so important to me that my niece have something to come home with. He was amazing - just amazing - and such a kind-hearted person. If you have a chance or need to ship anything, I highly recommend this store on Merle Hay. This man was simply pure of heart.

I came to this store after closing time. Waited in my car so I could head back. Suddenly Sam, came out of his car and asked me if I needed to drop off a package and I said yes. He was very kind to take my package. Now, that is what I call going beyond. Anyone else is worried about going home and being with family but Sam said "I can spare 2 minutes and just take his package". That deserves the best review ever! Thanks Sam!!
