Very solid on campus housing option for Drake Students. I felt very safe here and being so close to campus was incredible. Prices were also reasonable and the apartments themselves were very clean and good sized. Only docking points for not having in unit laundry.

Simply good living! People often told me its like I in a hotel and I never used the game room, but I never really had any grudges with the building and the new indian place out front is really good.
