Just was at this dollar tree that has a sign saying they are closing at 4pm but I got here at 3:15pm. Multiple people came by trying to get in. If you’re closing early maybe get the sign to represent the correct time.

Well I'm impressed by the customer service that the new guy Don did. Above and beyond he goes just to help others and he's putting smiles on everyone's face , I mean that alone brings me joy. Thank you for your time.

Dollar Tree stores are always well stocked on the Westside/???Or the better sides of town. I always stock up on my toiletries and personal hygiene stuff when I find it!

This place has gone down hill so bad. It used to be a weekly stop to get some items we need every week and crafty stuff for my wife.Now it's last resort..do we take a chance? The place is ALLWAYS trashed now...make excuses for lack of help or whatever you want but nobody in there give a rats rip about the shopping environment. We drive over to the Johnston location on merl hay road even though it in a round trip makes for an hour out of our way..that store is 5 stars. 50th and EP true crap 0 stars. Fire them all and start over.

I don’t like to leave a review that’s negative because I know staffing shortages aren’t employees fault but this location is never up to date with their inventory, is not well stocked and is not well organized. It’s my least favorite DT in Des Moines. Employees are nice and friendly but they clearly need more staff at this location

This location is very well stocked & includes timely & extensive bargain Halloween & Fall items -- as well as freezer selections. Checker was very polite & efficient, nicely dressed. Great parking.
